For those who are interested, my head canon for this build has the Syracuse being discovered by the Constellation hero while undertaking the UC Vanguard mission to Niira. With financial support from Walter Stroud and official permission from both the Vanguard and UC Navy brass, Maj. Hadrian and her team undertake a rescue and rebuild of the vessel for service as a mobile anti-terrormorph research and combat platform. To mark its new role, the Syracuse was kitted out in Red Devils red livery.
Nice work, one of the nicest Deimos ships. it is a Great Inspiration. Whenever I see those big cargo spaces, it annoys me that they have no real purpose. I hope that Bethesda will change it, perhaps in the expected Creator update.
For those who want to use mods, there is a mod on Nexus that turns your eyecatching cargo hall into active storage capacity. You can even change the parameters.
