When getting EZ pass u have to sign up for the commercial account... Maybe not have to but it saves other headaches. Also I have EZ pass used to live in NY and now in FL and it works in FL as well, I've been through Indiana, TX and OK. However double check on that so far no issues with me and running for about 18 months.

Though 55 hundreds have less towing capacity than it's owing capacity than the 35 hundreds they're meant to carry more weight on the bed of the pickup truck not to pull this is why if you go to Dodge they recommend for heavy towing the high output and the ice in transmission heads down

I say Tractor if you have the frame enclosed with everything DOT approved, I think DOT will think of you more professionally than just a standard truck.
