@JDFrank20Diaz Actually not. In the anime it is explained. Ryu does not wear a white one. He wears none. Then he gets hurt at the head and Ken gives him the red ribbon to cover the scratch. He just plays "medic".

Ryu is Japanese, Ken is American, and Chun Li is Chinese.However, they are Best Friends that transcend Nationality and Status.
