9:15 smeaok lol, sorry... it's a good product, but you have to use it correctly. i know folks that have it and they don't use it right. meat's tough, not seared... i tried it, made perfectly tender steaks. it ain't the cut, it's the way it's used. youtube tutorials are good.
Was grilling ribs. Half way unit shut off. Had it set at 250 for slow grilling. Any reason why it would shut off?
Ok something wrong I didn’t get my books either. I wrote to the company, and never heard back. Did love it, But is hard to clean. After cooking. Who can I talk to ..love what you are telling people, it’s all right. But why is it not working for me. And didn’t get all my items..
