Both of them are in the wrong with Cartman infecting Kyle as a form as revenge is absolutely horrible but Kyle shouldn't have been laughing at anyone getting a horrible disease no matter who it is cause it shows Kyle is just as bad as Cartman in this situation or maybe a little less.
Kyle himself does bad acts himself but feels like he doesn't hold himself accountable for his actions. Also Kyle going off at Cartman about aids not being funny is rich cause he was laughing at him getting at it in the first place

You surprise me Quizzy. Cartman Joins NAMBLA, he gives Kyle AIDS during that game, Woodland Critter Christmas, he kills Kyle with AIDS in his story. Casa Bonita, he asks if Kyle has AIDS before Kyle reveals he's going to Casa Bonita for his birthday. THAT is why Kyle(and by extension us viewers laughed our asses off). Aside from those think of all the things he's done in the 11 previous seasons up to this point in the show. If ANYONE in SP "deserved" what happened, it was Eric Theodore Cartman. And this is before other things he does in later seasons like partner with Cthulu or radicalize the ginger kids in SP. Oh also KNOWINGLY infecting someone with a disease is biological terrorism. This episode is written as a parody of sitcoms(like Trey and Matt grew up watching) where they'd ALWAYS have these silly music cues but have REALLY disturbing topics being covered.

My main takeaway from this is that mr. Mackey is a hella strong dude. In the episode beefcake Cartman says he’s 90lbs (and I’m guessing he only gained weight since then) so Mackey is effortlessly picking up (at least) 90lbs with one hand, and Kyle with the other

I bought the PS2 because the PS2 was the cheapest DVD player at the time, I bought the PS3 because it was the cheapest Bluray player at the time, I bought the Xbox One S because it was the cheapest 4k Bluray Player at the time. gaming was secondary, I prefer the Xbox controllers but the playstation online stuff was cheaper (often free and had free shit you could play in the online world virtual chatroom).
