- In this week’s episode of Pump Up The Jam, Kinsey Schofield and Cristo discuss Princess Catherine’s triumphant return to public life.
Kate made her first public appearance since announcing her cancer diagnosis as she took part in the King’s annual birthday parade, Trooping the Colour, and Kinsey was even there to see it in person!
Kinsey and Cristo also discuss Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s latest stunt, launching dog biscuits just hours before Kate’s return.
As part of her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, Meghan unveiled a new flavour of jam and dog treats through her good friend and polo player Nacho Figueras.
Cristo argues that it appears the launch was designed to “take the limelight” off the Princess of Wales. Kinsey questions whether anything will be available to purchase from the brand, or just ‘desperate’ self-promotion.

Everything about Harry & Meghan is a MIRAGE. The royal commentators shouldn't expect anything about #ARO or #INVICTUS to be a business-management type strategizing, it's wholly 'self-promotion' type strategy. They're reactive not proactive. At this point if they want to be successful, they need to move behind the scenes and build businesses / organizations anonymously. They could attempt a 'big reveal' once that business / organization has build credibility on its own merit. This may also help reboot their own credibility. Until then, everything they touch will immediately be labelled self-serving merchandizing without any real value. Which, of course, would mean it would be dead in the water before they attempt to set sail.
It's a fascinating look into a narcissist though.
To anyone else, continuously (and with so much dedication!!!) posting things whenever the BRF does ANYTHING stinks of jealousy and inferiority and needing to compete.

She thought dog biscuits and jam would compete with:
- trooping the colour (i.e. a huge parade)
- with the king present
- with the princess present
- with TWO cancer stricken people present

Grand scheme of things, the RF is a group effort, all the family members that appear is strength in numbers, each working individual member brings their own special pizzaz to the job they do.
I would think/hope King Charles is proud of his family, and how they help do things, for the family, and the public. The RF is united and it's wonderful to see, if anything having 2 members dealing with cancer has brought them all so much closer.
I honestly feel sorry for Harry that he never wished his Dad a Happy Father's Day, or a Happy Birthday, he will regret this in time.

As a cancer survivor, I admire the king and princess Catherine for all of their duties that they are attending. Princess Catherine is correct there are good days and bad days and good days you think I’ve beat this it’s all gonna be OK but on the bad days you really do think you’re never gonna be able to function normally again. I doubt it is made by the “Orchard” it is common for small brands to contract from off label manufacturers for their product and affix any label. Once worked for a corporation that sent out gift baskets with bottles of wine with our company logo … it was an oil and gas company - many will do similar as favors at a wedding - labels with date and bride and groom’s name …

I'm beginning to think that ARO is just an empty platform from which Meghan can periodically launch bitter little missiles during RF events. Maybe it started out as something else, but it has turned into this embarrassing disaster. My theory is that Meghan put out her ARO announcement video believing that someone else would foot the bill and do all of the work, allowing her to just be the face of ARO and collect the profits.
