a6000 will never get old, it can compete in image quality with the top end APS-C cameras even in 2020.

Thank you for the nice comment. It is normal to feel unmotivated at times. Just go out there and don't feel pressured to capture anything good. Just being out and training your eye for compositions is a great way to get back into it!

I'm seriously so amazed by the manual focus you did on the bridge! I can't for the life on me figure out how to mess with manual focus on my Sony a6000.
I was as puzzled as you, but i found out that if you press a little longer on the middle of the adjustment wheel it will focus better. Also will try to search for focus areas videos, maybe I can find something.

Been into photography for a while and an iPhone 11 camera isn’t doing it. I’ve had my eye on the a6000 since last year and your video has persuaded me to get this camera. Thank you.
I have the A7 which i got in august 2019 and i think that came out around the same time as the A6000 in 2013 and i think both are still great cameras with amazing image quality even though i never had the A6000 but if i did it would be my backup camera.
Hey Lee, I too owned an a7 and loved it! That was my first full frame camera after shooting apsc for years. It was truly something special and severely underrated. From then on I was hooked on the Sony system and haven't looked back ☺️

Hey thanks! Unfortunately I don't have plants to do group shoots or anything of the kind. However maybe sometime in the future it can be a possibility 😉
Cool shots, the a6000 is of course very capable. Only thing that's missing is silent mode, which is sometimes useful when taking stealthy street captures. BTW you should always bring along a gorilla pod😉
Thanks for the suggestion! I actually have one that I need to bring around more often. And yeah silent shutter is a nice feature to have but unfortunately it's not perfect, even the more advanced cameras like the a9.

Thanks for reminding me how good the A6000 is, even in 2020 (not bad for a 6 year old camera). I also have a Sony A6000, it was my backup camera to my Nikon D750. But have upgraded from the Nikon D750 in April 2019 to a Sony A7iii.

I like the large screen on the camera so you can see the view you are looking at. With the camera to your eye, you miss out on all the possible shots.
Yeah true! I try to show the screen as much as possible while I'm shooting so you guys can see it too!
Amazing content. I had a Canon 6D but it felt like too much of a dinosaur so I’m going to give the Sony a6000 a go and try to perfect this camera before moving on to any other mirrorless. Seeing the shots you got def make me excited. Plan on pairing it with the Sigma 16mm
Nice! Everyone seems to love the sigma primes for this camera so can't go wrong there! It will be so light and compact compared to the 6D
