'This Is Not My Case': YSL Witness Questions State on Testifying in RICO Trial

A male witness in the YSL RICO case questioned the state about why is he testifying in the trial, which he said has nothing to do with his case. "Why am I here?" he asked. The witness was one of the alleged victims in a 2015 shooting, which is said to have involved some YSL members.

Did the attorney think the witness is a cartographer there as an expert witness? Why is he asking him what the streets are called? Just admit a map into evidence. This kind of questioning is a waste of everyone's time.

This case should’ve never been a RICO and should’ve been individually charged especially if all the founding members of YSL are not on trial.
RICO was intended for the MAFIA because of its structure so the prosecution messed up by letting founding member plead out and not be charged for a RICO. 🤦‍♀️
