Full Rules for the Series:
1. Can only use destruction characters
2. Forced trial characters can be used if there's no way to not use them (normal, skill, and ultimate are all usable in this scenario)

@@honeypot4716 I mean in Star Rail, I can't forget the archery quest in Genshin. He got lucky getting erudition so he can use Himeko at the start, but everyone else just left Himeko in the team

That was a rollercoaster of emotions.
That "die by bonky stick" was personal.
I really like these challenges. The only problem I see with other paths like Erudition and Nihility is that it's all based on how much damage you can do before you die. But with Destruction you get both damage and survivability. Probably the best path to do this challenge on. I'm definitely looking forward to this series
ngl, Erudition is actually probably the best path. you get like 3 free Erudition characters, 2 of them being at the start of the game.
plus, in SIM, there are blessings that regenerate your health when you kill an enemy or when you do a follow-up
You should name yourself Destructionly, then you’ll have both destruction and only in the name. Just thought it was neat

I love that Clara and I share our name. I can't play her though because Svarog saying my name every time just feels wrong. It doesn't stop my brother from playing her on his account on speakers and talking about Clara all the time and our mom giving him an odd look for suddenly being very fond of his sister. 😂
It does get annoying to hear my name a couple hundred times a day, only to look up and realise that it wasn't me that was being called or spoken about.😅

Clara's light cone is really good 4 this acc because it can heal for a bit if I'm not mistaken
I started my own destruction only run about a week ago. Got lucky enough to pull arlan and hook back to back right before the Svarog fight so I have my party of 4. Good luck with the run, hope it's a lot of fun!

Also awesome to start on the ground with a new Challenge-Only account. That was a nail-biter with that boss, but you got through it. To do it only with Trailblazer to ensure the integrity of the challenge is both admirable and a bit masochistic. XD
I've already memed about Gepard, but I think it does still apply. Thank goodness you got lucky with those pulls!
With that ending, I can't wait to see what happens next. Folks below are saying there may be a new 5* character on the way, but I'm hoping you'll get some 4* stars too to round things out.

You got so lucky with the beginner banner. I'm doing a smalls only run (only characters shorter than March 7th) and got Welt from beginner and then lost 50/50 on silver wolf and got Gepard 💀

What I don't understand is, why did you go out of your way to get rid of Himeko when your rules do allow the full usage of Trial characters if they're forced into the party 🤔
Destruction is definitely my favorite path in this game so far. I like how most of them are pretty self sustaining to an extent

oh bby you don't know what pain your in for as of rn the only "true" destruction character we have is arlen cuz hook doesn't consume her hp, PMC also doesn't and clara is a psudo true destruction character.
And if you think destruction character don't spend their hp look at blade then look at the other 5 leaks of destruction characters

Luocha is a very useful character if you want to play 3 destruction characters with him. Blade and Arlan both benefit a lot from him. The most ideal destination team is Luocha, Blade, Arlan, and Clara
Luocha is Abundance though, so he can't be used on this account

I swear every one who do these vids keep getting their character with the same path on beginner
I also did a Destructino only run, but I experienced the worst cause, my first 5 star is Bailu, so I cant even use her, and then I keep rolling and rolling on it, I managed to get E2 hook in the end but that wont progress much along the way, so my other way of sustaining myself and survive most of the ways is via consumables, I got so much bad luck that I rolled and I got Bronya's 5* lightcone, and then I got her 4* lightcone, together in a single freaking 10 pull...
I managed to defeat 1st, gepard, bronya, grizzly robot, Svarog, Dunn, 2nd Gepard, and Cocolia, all with phys MC and Hook only having a single digit of health.
In the end, I gave up on it and plan to reroll another account cause I failed to get Clara and Arlan on the account at all, if I did manage to get both of them, I couldve completed the whole game with them and saving a roll for Blade
and a solid middle finger appeared, a 5 star appeared on the standard banner, and I got Welt, so I gave up on it and gonna make another account and hope my luck got better there...
The answer to the "path challenge" have a wallet.

banning character trial rewards that arent destruction and also limiting assignments to only destruction characters seems completely unnecessary. this should just be a showcase of if the game content is beatable with only destruction units and how hard would it be or how far could you get, not restricting EVERY aspect of the game like this
Agreed. I don't mind restrictions. Part of the challenge of such challenges is restrictions but this seems....a lot.

Well first off all I wanna say that your choice in music is probably your best suit, you've got a good library of stuff, the main reason it ends up feeling cringy is cause you overdramatize and extend your ideas for too long, I thought your dedication to keeping the soul of Destruction only is impressive, but your focus and explanation for the process (the narration) was long winded and often predictable to the point we knew where you were going, of course, there's a shitload of elements that go into your overall editing, and I have infact done editing myself, so I know the amount of effort you go through to make this stuff, that's my 1 single big tip I can give for ya to work on, other than that just watch more content on CZcams, study the editing style of people you like, and keep on keeping on, I'm not here to complain that your editing is shit, it's amaturish, and we all go through that!

i tried the same challenge, but i got literally nothing on all 6 or so rerolls, also the name of the account was destroyer, then on the next reroll i called it destroyerer then destroyererer, eventually i ran out of space and just called it "ererererer"

Hi so this some feedback. When you put a song over gameplay. Could you lower the game music setting so that the songs don't overlap. It's a bit hard to hear your commentary when the game music and the happy music overlaps. Good luck and have fun!
Thanks for the feedback! I actually disable my in-game music when recording, that doesn't apply to cutscenes for some odd reason, I'll just mute it next time

I wonder if you're also allowed to use support characters but only the ones that are destruction path? One of my friends have Hook as their support and I use her a lot but I doubt there's any player that would put up Arlan as their support.
I would think so, it doesn't really change much about the gameplay and only affects farming for resources

you could have set the ancor to 19 hp for himeco, kill her and revive with ancor to that exact hp
Wont work cuz they'll auto revive Himeko with like 50% hp

Edit: so himeko revives to a set amount of HP without being near an anchor, the anchor HP settings don't affect that
