Ahhh this got me so excited, it's one of my fav videos of yours purely based on the content :D the climbing community is one of the nicest i've ever been involved in and to see it in one of your videos is awesome!
P.s another tip to conserve your energy, hang low and really sit on your legs as much as poss/keep your arms straight for as much of the climb as you can. It'll come in use when you need your arms for tougher parts of the climb :p
That whole lunchtime cooking scene was stressful in so many ways 😂 first the sweet potatoes flying through the air and then the bowl of curry almost tips all over the counter ahahahaha

Louis although you might feel weird not traveling and you think we aren't interested because you're in one spot for awhile.. let me tell you... I love it! I think you can't truly know or experience an area until you've lived there for more than a few months. You notice so many little things you wouldn't have otherwise. It's also interesting that you guys are there during the water crisis. I certainly like the updates from you and Raya! Keep them coming!

Yo Louis. When hanging at the body weight grips in the gym at the end (pull-ups aswell) keep your shoulders up!! Otherwise you gonna ruin them pretty quickly. So don't just hang on, keep some tension in the shoulders.

Cape Town seem pretty similar with Malaysia. Modern but not too converted. Please tell me the spread is from some natural oil like olive or coconut and not hydrogenated palm oil. Seems like everyone from UK is moving the South Africa these days. Wish you guys have a great time settling in Cape Town.

Good to see you looking after yourself Louis. There was no reason for you looking malnourished (I'm the opposite and need to lose weight to improve my health). Focus on nutrient-dense foods versus empty calories when on any diet (in your case, vegan).
