CLB is Canadian Language benchmark. You need to do English proficiency test ( ielts, celpip, tef, pte core) and get a CLB ( overall score) of 4. I hope this helps.

CLB is called Canadian language benchmark, which can only be tested through IELTS. Check online for the nearest IELTS centre around your place of residence and book 4 the exam ensure you peak IELTS general for immigration purpose when registering.
