Judge Otis is President of the the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), President of the Administrative Tribunal of the Organization Treaty of Atlantic North (NATO), deputy judge of the Administrative Tribunal of the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT) and member of UN Internal Justice Council (ICJ) that selects the Judges of the UN Tribunals
As a judge for 16 years of the Quebec Court of Appeal (the highest in Quebec) she spearheaded the introduction of judicial mediation and participated in over 3000 judgments in civil, commercial and criminal law. She has conducted over 1000 mediation sessions in commercial and civil law.
She is a very special distinguished guest of the Dibra Memorial International Symposium on Laws dedicated to lifetime achievements of Attorney Migen DIBRA, LL.B., J.D., LL.M., LL.D., a very well-known professional with deep impact in laws and their applications for sustainable development, whose life was cut short at 50 because of cancer
