The Best Herb Butter Turkey Ever/ Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe

- Making a Thanksgiving meal is a labor of love. You’ve committed to a lot of work for this one day and everyone is looking forward to a piece of that turkey. Make all the hard work count by using my no fail recipe. 13 years of making Thanksgiving meals and this turkey is by far the best I’ve ever made. Let’s just say everything gets better with time 👌🏾.
Ingredients for marinade:
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon onion powder
2 lemons
2sprigs Rosemary
5 sprigs of thyme
1 sprig sage
1 garlic bulb
3tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
For basting
2 cups free range chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
4 sprigs of thyme
1 sprig of oregano
For cavity and roasting pan
4 celery stalks
2 large onions
6 medium sized carrots
Bake at 360°F
