I really like your apartment. As for echo situation, you can use different screens. It'll help you to divide open space and evoid echo :)
Thanks! ☀️❤️ I feel the space is a little too small for screens, and I like the open area with different functions so we can cook while the other watches tv and still chat at so on. Maybe I should try with some very tall plants?

Really very nice apartment👌I guess for the 2 of you working the price is not too steep, although it is a lot of money of course. Did you say the number of square meters? Would you say Brussels is more expensive than Kopenhagen? Is it your plan to buy in the long term?
Thank you ☀️ With two people we can manage the rent! 🙏 it’s around 110 square meters in total. I would most definitely say that Copenhagen is more expensive, you can only get a shoebox for that price. It’s definitely a major factor why I am staying in Brussels. Couples have simply been priced out of the market.
Maybe we will buy something one day - I don’t really feel ready yet for a mortgage, it seems so serious 😅
@@JustBrusselsThings 2000 Euros for a shoebox is awful😱 It seems that the price is about equal for a really nice, similary sized apartment in Gothenburg in an upmarket area like Vasastaden or Linnégatan.
