Ha, reminds me doing work in a an old gravel pit that was converted into a retention pond. Was running an excavator along the shore in shallow wster to build some small retaining walls as bank protection - was a nice easy slope - until I backed up a few more feet and the grade changed significantly - put my bucket down to stop sliding and had to use our crane to winch me back. An old timer was laughing - said the old pit was 100' deep and I was lucky not to slide all the way to the bottom. Good times!

hey if you made a handle to go on a pipe like a pool cover reel you could get your plastic back from the slip in slide after washing it down with a fire hose and letting it dry off in the sun if you can get it rolled up nice you can use it for all kinds of projects or keep breaking the slip and side record every 4th I could see worlds fastest next year like a almost straight down drop

Bro says “” you know that 450 dozer is not made to learn to swim😂😂😂 But like you I have learned to stop once I know I’m done.. early this spring two 850s and the excavator to get the little 450 out. Man U have been running Takeuchi skids and excavators for years. Never had any real problems and we run the hell out of em. Definitely do shit we shouldn’t do with them and they just take it. Hate to hear your experience with one of my favorite machines.
