Wisconsin was so fucking cold this winter. the wind chill was down to like -40* F. we didnt get a full week of school until the last week of February due to blizzards and the cold. On the coldest day i walked 3 blocks to a friends house. i was in a ski mask, ski goggles, long sleeve shirt, thick winter jacket, snow pants (not that i was walking through snow, but just to keep warm), hat and gloves.
