❤️ Cooking should be done with caution. Pay attention while using knives and cooking tools. Nico is a trained chef, and it is solely for entertainment purposes that he sometimes looks into the camera while he cooks. ❤️
The blending chickpeas to make thick curry is a very good secret. Most people wonder why their curry becomes watery, just grind some chickpeas in blender and add that. It will be like a restaurant bought.
That's an Indian dish called "chholey chana" and my mom cooks that for me quite often with bhaturey (chholey-bhaturey) when I'm in India as it's my favorite. Red pepper flakes, curry powder and parsley are not used while cooking chholey chana.
Love and prayers from Europe. ♥️
In Pakistan also on Sundays we have chana curry with puri
You're so underrateddd! I truly love your recipes, thank youu💕
YES!!! Me too😋
He really is! I follow him on Pinterest too.
As an Indian I am here only to spot his mistakes 🤷
Can you tell us what mistakes he made?
We use Chilli powder instead of Chilli flakes. Olive oil is not used in Indian cooking, we use cooking oil as it can take higher temperatures. Maybe add cilantro/ Kasuri methi for garnishing.
The recipe seems great, no offense. Just pointing out some differences.
@@vibhakv4374 For optimal health, this can be made without oil, and the yogurt should be plant based rather than dairy. Coconut milk is high in saturated fat, so once in a while it's ok.
@@andycavanaugh1219 search chhole recipe, its much more elaborate affair in india with soaking etc
@@bryant475 In South India, we make most curries with coconut, every day of the week. It's very healthy.
I made this tonight and added a bay leaf. It was awesome! I love your recipes❤
I really like that you blended some of the chickpeas, very clever. Glad you added Garam masala, it wouldn’t be the same without it. Nice one buddy 👍🏻
I tried this recipe and it turned out amazing! Thank you!
I make pretty much the same thing, but I add diced red pepper and sweet potatoes. So yummy!!!
I made this and added fenugreek leaves per someones suggestion in the comments, OMGosh, it was so delicious!
Made this today and it was delicious!
It's Indian food ❤️
Aflatoon🤩
Sub-continent food ❤
REALLY????
@@razeka62 yes and we call it chole chawal ❤️
@@abhigya1647chole with coconut milk and "madras masala".. 😆
One change you got to do, add little water after adding the powder else it may burn and give burning smell if not careful
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
2 Peter 3:9 NIV
ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”
Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.””
Luke 19:10
God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 🕊💗
Jesus genuinely loves you, and is always waiting for you to come to Him 💞
Ohhh I like this tip. Thank you.
I see your intentions try Veggie base it tastes better and wont take a way from the flavor
Well done use garam masala for the curry use all the ingredients spices it’s very tasty and very easy to cook. Basmati rice is the same washing them in hot water and then boiling them in a slow cooker or in a microwave it’s very simple and versatile. Add some butter with basmati rice when you have cooked it served with nice ingredients or make a curry sauce with chickpeas and do the same thing use yogurt as well serve on a plate or a small plate with slices of salad.
It’s tasty and delicious to eat.
hey, yess i love it! this came out incredibly yummy u cannot speak enough now i have this on repeat ❤❤❤😅😅😅 thank you 🙏🏾👍🏾

Awesome! Thank you. Love it.
I tried this last night and omg it was delicious
Aside from the great taste our clever chef just gave us a meal with all essential amino acids - a much better substitute for meat protein than insects parts. Middle East and Indian cuisine can teach us how to be a vegetarian or partial vegetarian.
You are amazing. What else can I say you make everything look so easy. It’s very inspiring. God bless Take care. ❤😊
I love this dish.
That looks awesome!
My favourite comfort food

Plantbased "School" omg the universe really is working in my favour. Love this channel already, have these ingrediants already 🤭 thanking you sm 🙇♀️🥰
Finally someone used red pepper! I see so many people making curry without any chili. It’s not a desi curry if you’re not adding that stuff
Yum

I want this now
So perfect quick & delicious 😋
U r great in Indian food too
the Indian chana masala
Followed!🥰Add some garam masala powder too. 1/3 to 1/2 of the amount of curry powder you use and you’ve got a fiji 🇫🇯 indian curry also omit tomato
Looks amazing
Brother if you use sarso ka tel( mustard oil ) then more aroma and more taste. Indian disshes needs only mustard oil
Excellent
In India, we eat more curd that what u had on ur plate with chole bhaat (chickpea and rice) but I understand, that's not ur diet maybe. It was nice to see that. Also, we don't always add tomatoes in our lentil soups, we sometimes add the bases of different lentils too.
I add coconut milk, elevates the dish to another level.
Look so delicious...nice....
You're great chef💫
I subscribed you as you are cooking our delicious Indian food with some twist😊
D-A-M-N!
This is indin food I really love it

Chana masala looks tasty 👌👌👌favourite it
I would add chili pepper/powder and some paprika for smokiness but looks good!
Made it, ate it, loved it, want more for breakfast. Served with organic brown basmati rice, added extra curry-because we love the taste, a few cauliflower florets and a leftover boiled potato. deelish. I forgot to blend but it was perfect with my add-ins.
It is going to show the kick for unexplored taste buds .
For western people
Going to try it for chapathi
Love it ❤
it is same in India in Tamil nadu we prepare
bohot achha

I hate that you are not able to put shorts in a Playlist. I always put my favorite recipes in a Playlist and whenever I don't know what to cook I get inspired to try new things.
You can put shorts in a playlist; if you go to your watch history, you can find them and save them from there.
Best with Bhature or puri
Mr Delish. Yummy 😋
Does garam masala taste better at the end, as opposed to being added with the other spices?
Deliciously yummy yummy if this health man I want more ❤❤❤
Curry powder consists of some of the other spices you added.
So you essentially doubled or tripled up on turmeric.
Indian staple food chhole rice
❤❤ واو
Made this. Absolutely delicious. Curious: 1) Why didnt u add the garam masala with the other spices when toasting? 2) why didnt u remind us that its “easy right?” 😂
