This is seriously what I'm going through.
Trying unsolicited and non reciprocal attempts to heal a romantic partners issues is called the "Pygmalion Effect." Based on the Greek Myth that a man can "sculpt" the perfect woman and in return be blessed with a supplicating "love Goddess." I guess thats why its a MYTH...Ha...Ha....
How do u sift these issues with developing online distance relationships
Can you give something on trust issues? I used to be a guy who enjoyed weekends even alone 6 months ago things went south because of her boundary issues. I am just pretending everything is right in my head but can't enjoy a weekend alone now because things she did keep circling around my head and it deepened my trust issues with women.
'Respect' is an ambiguous term. It can mean anything from admire and obey to simply treating another as you yourself want to be treated by others. So, no women has to admire and obey a man, that is something she has to be willing to do on her own, and something that a man should earn from a woman. But 'earn' here is not transactional -- like earning a paycheck. A woman never owes you obedience and admiration. Instead 'earn' in this context simply means you are the kind of man of character and high-value that good women naturally admire and want to please, and that you daily demonstrate your character and high-value, not as means to get her admiration and obedience, but rather as inherent part of who you are as a man.
As for requiring a woman to treat you with same humanity and decency that you should be treating others with, of course you have a right to expect that from her... and the second she disrespects you in that way, you need to check her. Second violation, dump her ass for good. She's not worth your time.

I've been separated for 3 yrs. I've been learning myself and how to become the best version of me. My exwife and I have started dating, we are enjoying each others company. Our relationship is not sexual we love each other deeply. She says I don't want you not to be a part of my life and I am afraid if I don't choose you, you will move on and not help me anymore. My response was who ever you chose should be there for you not me anymore. How should I proceed, with arms wide open or continue to set boundaries that show what I am seeking right now. What should I do going forward?

I've talked and went on dates with 3 different women before in the past and it doesn't work. Didn't even have sex with them too. Only kissed and cuddled sometimes for a couple of months. Surprisingly, It only made things worse because you're eventually stuck with an ultimatum which leads to you, one, or two women slowly and eventually develop strong feelings. Also, it low key boosted my ego and I didn't like who I was becoming because I don't like to have an ego with someone that likes me. I'd Rather feel humble with someone. Ever since then, I quit and decided to only talk to one woman because I realized I don't like people including myself get misled. It's not fair for anyone knowing you have options. It's best to stick to one. If it works out, great, if it doesn't, move on and give it another try with someone else..Ever since I've talked to one woman that's my best friend, she has some Red flags but she was working on herself so I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I always believe everyone deserves a chance..Then I noticed as more time passed, I was just her emotional rebound and getting used cuz she's still not over her ex unfortunately, she's wishy washy connecting with me physically, not talking about sex, and they had a toxic relationship. She only hits me up and hangout when she has no one to talk too or needs emotional support. she talked about her ex again on our last date, and now I'm burned out and over it. I decided to be amicable with her and move on. Your video helped a lot . Thank you so much for the clarity..
