Ben Vorlich and Stùc a' Chròin via the bypass

  • Munro 25 and 26 for our boys. 7:20 for 9 miles. We took the bypass which was still very steep. Ben Vorlich is a very popular hillwalk from Loch Earn and a fine viewpoint, whilst the continuation to Stùc a' Chròin is a more serious walk with steep, rocky ground. The walk back takes you around the side of Ben Vorlich and it’s very boggy.

    Well done that’s amazing! Great video. I did Ben vorlich a month ago and got a great day with the two beagles so it was so good to see the alternate route up the Stuc. I’m going to try this next week. Thanks so much for sharing this 🤩👏👏

      Hi. Great vid and very informative 👍 will be tackling these two munros this weekend with my dog and a friend, can I ask about the car park area, was it busy, enough spaces etc??
