I try not to duplicate other videos so when I saw I had an EBS test my first thought was "this is useless", but then I did a EBS Test search and saw page after page of results and figured "why not. It does appear to be the requisite upload for all old VHS channels."
I am so glad that I found a test of the emergency broadcast system from WISH-TV 8 in Indianapolis. I love finding classic WISH-TV stuff on CZcams.
