Jay R. If you can buy one of these with 68k miles, DO IT! as long as it isn't a rust bucket or been abused. I have one and i love the car. The only problems i have are problems because of high miles. Get low mileage like that and you're golden. Plus they are tons of fun. :)

More details in regard to the delay: Without getting into specifics, new information came up in regard to how fast/how much power the fwd Regal record holders actually ran/made. The goal of this video is to best those achievements, therefor its back to the drawing board. The car has to undergo a few more upgrades and needs more dyno/track time. The wait will be worth it.
Don't rush man all good stuff takes time...your true fans will watch whenever you release it best of luck on your project!!! I can't wait to see you run it.

bay area racing has a nice sleeper. this kid got a volvo that smokes alot of ricer type cars. i have seen alot of sleepers though also pontiac grand prix comes supercharged stock. theres a few more that come from the factory ready to race. if you took the badges off an audi s4 you could make it look sleeper i know its kind of sporty looking. i actually wanna make an s4 sleeper no fancy stuff stock wheels no tint nothing like that. but pop the hood and youll see like 600 hp beast waiting for ya..... message ill give you a list of good cars privately. i cant be sharing all my secrets with all these dudes.

JuniorN316...Absolutely love your car. I saw your video years ago and thought that it was so cool that you documented all of the cars you had over the years and some of the races you've been in. Honestly, you put together a very good documentary. Ironically, I ended up buying a 1999 Buick Regal GS as my first car and it really is a total sleeper. Mine is plain white and even had whiteline tires when I purchased it lol. Definitely going to rewatch "Sleepers" and follow some of the upgrades you performed on your car. ANDDDDDD...Crazy excited to see that there is a sleepers 2 coming out!!! Keep up the good work absolutely love watching your videos :)

lol respect from UAE-Dubai cant wait to see this car again, i do have a muscle car and over here we dont really care what you have as long as u can control it in racing, damn we even have a toyota crown with a 2jz swap but the car has its stock rims and looks like a sleeper doesnt even have a loud exhaust on it, lots of people over here who admire cars that can do more than what others think. the thrill of it makes your day.
Bro, if you just made a car channel around the regal and not the idea of being the WORLDS FASTEST you could make weekly race videos and ppl would watch. Get away from the "making a full length movie in movie maker" and just shell out tons of rice clips with this thing. Its a new generation and you could make a beast youtube channel.

Dude I love your Regal, currently working on my 2001 Regal swapping the S/C for a ZZPerformance Z7 kit. Love that 3800 series II, motor it is simply bulletproof.

True car guys know that respectable builds take a ton of time. There can be a lot of learning involved when working on a not so widely used platform. To rush any big project will usually end in problems and stress. Take your time.

YES!!! This just made my day! I'm working on a sleeper myself, it's going to be a SRT-4 Caravan. I just got the Caravan last week from a totaled car auction, flooded engine was perfect for what I'm doing. I already took the engine and trans out. Just looking for a good deal on an SRT-4 motor/salvaged donor car.

SDKwarrior Why not? It's the same motor as an I4 Caravan, just a bit more performance based. I don't even have to change my motor mounts. I am going to for more stiff ones, but the point is it just slides right in.

Sleepers #1 Influenced me to make my own. 96 Nissan Sentra. Yea Nissan. the generation model i have tho is looked as the worst. So i decided to take myn. couple rust spots there and there and change it from a Ga16de 1.6 to a Sr20ve.and a isis T25. I love it when i go up to a stop light during the "rice meet up that are held in my area and asking them for a race. There faces are priceless when i ask them and after i race them. So thanks Junior. :)

I had the Pontiac Bonneville SSEI (same engine/supercharger) and I miss it every day :( wish I did more with it. I lost my license for a year and had to sell it to pay off court fees hahah

i can't wait! :) just a suggestion, if you've got $100 to spare you can make a gimballed rig for some of your shots to minimize the camera shaking. ($100 is actually a fairly good if not very good price for a rig that has the same functions (glidecam, etc.) as big name brands)
That regal is nice never seen a supercharger like that also what kind of lower intake is that ???? I have a 02 montecarlo ss 3800 n.a. with magnaflow cat, deleted resonater and flowmasters with a k&n drop in air filter zzp poly motormounts and zzp poly transmount ...its my daily driver

Hopefully I'll be able to do this to my Regal one day. As of now its just a bone stock 02' GS Joseph Abboud edition. My biggest questions would be where you got the turbo six badge on the front of the car and what rims you have as well. Rims for my Regal seem to be hard to find. Anyways badass car, keep it up!
