Been there and have done it all, trying to figure out where the smell is coming from. I've had septoplasy, tonsils removed, and gum surgery. None of those things helped. In regards to bone grafts, is it only used for dental implants or can it be used to stabilize existing teeth? Most videos and diagrams I see depict the tooth being extracted and then a bone graft being used to make way for an implant but I've also heard they can be used to stabilize teeth as well. I have a few molars that feel slightly loose but no pain around the gums and they do bleed occasionally but I really hope that they wouldn't need to be extracted.
