Do you consider investing in some microphone ? My mother tongue is French, there is a lot of echo in the garage and it's sometimes hard for me to hear what you're saying.
Appart from that great content as usual.
If you had to keep one single weight room exercise which one would it be ?
For from my favorite but benefits wise I'll go with high bar back squat

I love your stuff and am interested to see how your training adjusts as you age. I’m 40 now and prioritize single leg squats (off a Swiss ball, weighted RFESS, pistol, skater, etc) where as at 30 I did more back squatting and deadlifting. I also prioritize playing sports like flag football, tennis; basketball and sprinting over weights because it just makes my body feel more alive and help so much more with mobility. Upper body I still bench using a neutral grip bar and love dumbbells, push-ups and dips/chins/rows. Thanks for giving us these great insights into your training ideas an actual sessions. I just had my first child recently too, I hope you’re enjoying it as much as I am, it’s truly amazing and has changed me in so many ways!

What are your thoughts on push press vs. jerk for shot put throwers? I think that the push press is more suitable for them because it requires constant pressing from beginning to end. Throwers do not squat down and catch the shot with a straight arm before releasing it. Thanks!

Great content man! Do you have, or would you be able to make, a video on suggestions for ppl that are non competing and time limited? Like, 45 minutes a day. Just trying to get athletic.

Great video , thank you for the quality content. May I ask where can we submit our q's? Also, for the next vid, I was wondering whether you could pls answer thr following question: Do you agree with the argument that neuromuscular strength development is optimized by "leaving the gym" feeling fresh. Also, do you know what wattages you're hitting on the 30s bike intervals?

Hey man, I’ll try to remember this question for the next one. I usually just scroll through the comments before the video and write down 3-5 questions I like.

thanks for doing this. how often do you plan on doing this? i have some questions regarding one of the programs i bought from you

  • @jorgebarroso3367

Bulgarian split squats have been a part of my program lately and I am really dialling in on quad hypertrophy. I've been doing this by extending the moment arm and going through a deeper range of motion by placing my front leg on an elevated platform. Both these components come at the expense of reduced weight on the bar. Is this a smart move in your opinion to maximize my goal or doesn't really matter? I know it depends on other factors such as the extent to which relative system mass is being diminished, etc., but was still hoping I could get your input. Thanks!

For competitive athletes, should we play another Sport that we don’t compete in for free play (results don’t matter)?

Do you train any baseball players? I ask because rotational work like medicine ball throws are usually a big part of their training and oly lifts usually aren't. thanks
