Hola.!!! I was super excited to see the Mexican kitchenware in the video. I`m from Mexico and the thing that spins its call Molinillo you can use it to make hot chocolate in a traditional way, it helps with the mixing and gives a lot of foam. Sending loves from México💜💜💜
The mixer that you got from Mexico is a molinillo. It’s to make hot chocolate. Basically there’s this Mexican hot chocolate called abuelita. And you put as much as your want in milk in a pot,wait for the chocolate to get soft and mix it with that whisk! Very yummy!
