Great vlog again of Rome,Because of all the rushed walking,I'm going to give Rome a miss,even tho' my partner and friends will be going on one of the trips from Discovery.I'd rather wait until we get the chance for a 3/4 day city break in Rome,and see everything at my pace..
We are also giving a walking tour a miss. We are doing Pompeii the day before also. Will still get off ship. We do a city break sometime. Just don't fancy a day in Rome.
Done a video on Pompei it's amazing you will love it even though you only have a few hours, but you will have a guide xx
Thank you for sharing. I’m heading on a cruise in July. What time did your trip leave from the ship? And what time did you head back to the ship? Just thinking of booking the Rome on your own excursion instead and trying to plan ahead 😊
Rome all day trip we left at 8am and back on the shop for 6pm .Their is a lot of walking .

@hotlips5001 There were 2 trips for Rome. One was for a walking tour of Rome, which was a 10 hour walking tour, and the other one was sightseeing, which was mainly sat on the coach
Thinking of taking this cruise how much is the bus trip? I did some research and taking the train in is quite cheap🤔
Rome trip was £90 each, I think .The train is cheaper but if you miss it for any reason the boat won't wait for you that's why I booked with tui
