Kaikki has scammed me a couple times, and Stamp has too. I’ve bought from both, so here’s some experiences I’ve had with them. I once bought a “working” condition Plarail Hiro from Kaikki, and he arrived completely not working, but still in good condition. Luckily, I got a refund on the item. A few items I ordered from Kaikki didn’t even arrive at my house. Now for Stamp. I’ve made two unboxing videos on Stamp for my channel, and… yeah their prices are wayyy too expensive. I bought a Duck and Boco back in February, and they cost $120 TOTAL. I could’ve bought a bachmann spencer with that money. (now thinking about it, why didn’t I just do that?) plus, in the description of the Boco and Duck listing, it claims that they can “hitch up slope with ease”. yeah, that wasn’t true My Duck model could HARDLY go up the sloping track. And the Boco couldn’t go up the slope at all. In conclusion, just go to a train show/flea market/Facebook marketplace. Don’t bother going through the trouble I did.
This is EXACTLY how I feel about online Thomas stores, ESPECIALLY Kaikki!! Fun fact: Kaikki's shipping prices actually get HIGHER the more items are in your cart! This creates an unnecessary barrier of entry for those (like me) who are trying to start collecting other ranges outside of their favorite! (Totally Thomas Town is the same way, REGARDLESS of region!)
Thank goodness that I only brought 1 item from Kaikki before they went downhill, which is the Capsule Plarail of Rusty. Anyways, this video is really entertaining because I'm glad that I can purchase Thomas toys at thrift stores, flea markets and even at antique shops at a cheap price. Although my concern with the Plarail toys is that even though I'm grateful that they can be available on Amazon, I think I heard stories that they couldn't be delivered to people who purchased them.

I love Totally Thomas town, the variety is very good. The prices are ok in my opinion and the packaging is beautiful. I don’t like Kaikii, it’s called “The Premiere Thomas store” yet half the stuff are out of stock. The toys are fragile. I got a broken breakdown train and my Departing Now Thomas was so fragile.

as someone who used to be a Thomas fan and who used to collect trackmaster, I’ve had a better experience shopping on flea Markets than shopping online. Most of the venders there are just trying to get rid of clutter, and Thomas merch is part of that group in the eyes of venders, so luckily, engines and rolling stock would be 2 or 3 dollars One downside is that the condition of these engines will vary from decent to terrible and since I’ve collected trackmaster, some venders might lie and say that these engines work. But since I’ve also learned to restore trackmasters, it wasn’t an issue. In conclusion, flea markets are the best way to shop for old Thomas merch but it might be a bit of a downside if you collect trackmaster.

I've made some purchases from Totally Thomas Town at least three or four times. Everything that came in the packages is well packed. The only thing I'm not totally on board with are the prices. From what I've seen, most of the prices aren't too bad, but there are some that make no sense. One time I saw a Trackmaster Revolution James in used condition and without his tender sold for at least (I forgot exactly how much it costed since this was a few years ago) $20 USD. Other than that, I personally think it's the best one out of the online Thomas stores. It's not perfect, but I'd rather take TTT over the other ones. Stamp pretending to be his AI girlfriend mascot caught me so off guard. I didn't think he'd be into that. What's next? He uses one of those AI girlfriend roleplay apps where he marries his mascot?
100% agree and that closing statement. Personally I got great deals. Recently I got a handful of fisher price Trackmaster engines for 3 bucks each. Including Donald, which is cheaper than you can get the knockoff for.

Imo, my go to place to find TTTE merch will always be antique stores and flea markets, although a lot of times the stuff is just a little bit to overpriced. I found a take along carrying case one time and it was 60 bucks.
I’ve scored an Oliver from eBay for 70 dollars and it was in better condition than the Stamp one that was sold for 120 with Spencer and Hiro. I picked up Spencer and hiro isn’t that much so in total you could get all 3 engines (if you’re lucky) For 90 bucks or less I thought those were good places but apparently not unfortunately. Flea market or train shows you should depend on to get certain toys

Since i lived in asia, i had a hue advantage when it comes to finding plarail Thomas stuff since a lot of them were sold here, and the used engines were around10 dollars with2 dollar shipping on Facebook. But sometimes, rare characters or trackmaster stuff are over priced.
what specifically annoys me when it comes to how some people sell thomas toys is how they sometimes sell the tenders and the engine part separately the uk tootally thomas is a good thomas store imo

The pricing variation for the Henry was because there are different variants with different prices, this was not mentioned in the video despite being common practice amongst stores. Some of the prices shown (i.e for the track) are from 3 years ago and have not been those prices for 3 years, that is before we charged shipping separately which was a mistake on our part. The claim of the item breaking while shipping was also not true, we spoke with the buyer of that item themself and explained the situation. The item was never shipped in the first place and was appropriately canceled, and we also refunded the other order mentioned. We'd be happy to answer any questions you personally have regarding our store and past events that we've been thru.
