please I have an iPhone x that a customer brought in for repair. I think it has something to do with the display. The phone when powered on or plugged into a charger shows the apple logo. But as soon as the phone is about to boot up the screen goes blank but the phone still indicates that it is still on when you plug in a charger or press the vibration button on the side. I have tried to diode mode the connectors but they all read just fine. Any solution, please
Hi, there are some suggestions from our tech team, first, you can use another screen to check whether the problem is caused by the screen or motherboard. after that, you can check the components near display connector is pseudo soldered. If everything is fine with the first two steps, you can do motherboard sparation to check the inductor.
Any technicians out there know if data recovery on an iPhone 11 top layer of the motherboard only is possible? Bottom layer has a short somewhere and I cannot find the short. Top half works but when I swipe up and enter passcode it goes into “attempting data recovery” but as soon as it finishes goes back to Lock Screen then back into “attempting data recovery” after I put in passcode again.
Could I use a bottom board from a donor to fix that issue?
I ask before further attempting anything else because data is important.

If you want to use a donor bottom board, you need to transplant the original baseband CPU, EPROM, NFC and WiFi module to the donor board.
@@rewatechnology2008 only need for data recovery only though. I’ll test today if a doner bottom would work just for data recovery

The iPhone 14 Pro we have doesnt got satellite function which only supports in restricted countries/area like US.

iPhone 14 seems to be harder than iPhone 13 to repair, hardware and softwarewise. i am sure iPhone 15 Pro next year gonna be completely anti-repair
