    Get a good sight pusher!

Word of advice, find a flat piece of glass , any size will suffice. Now get a sheet of 360 - 400 grit wet/dry and then run/move/slide the sight in a straight direction applying slight amount of pressure. This works for me.

    Worked for me!
My CZ 75 SP01 front sight broke after about 4000 rounds and needed to replace it.
Had to hit the roll pin for more and harder than in this video, but it came out!|
    Thank you.

You are absolutely right. The factory front roll pin is a bit hard to punch out. My camera lost the footages on my initial punches to get it moving.

You need to get your ducks all in a row.

Why doesn’t CZ put a better sight system in at the factory? Same goes for the trigger springs that Cajun sells.

My guess is that it is hard for manufactures to make changes once things are established.
For instance, the trigger roll pin is a classic Cajun item that better be changed for longevity that I wish CZ could fix.
Just like off-roading cars, most are pretty good out of the dealer, but we often still need to make tons of mods.

    Hi there,
I am considering getting either 75 SP-01 or 75 P-01 which one do you recommend? Thanks!
Also can you install red dot on those? Please advise!

Depends on what your use case is. I personally owned both the SP-01 and the P-01 and much preferred the P-01 over the SP-01. I view the SP-01 as more of a competition or range gun over the P-01. That doesn't mean you couldn't use the SP-01 as a home defense but the P-01 is much more usable like if you ever wanted to carry the gun on your persons its easier to conceal. I ended up selling the SP-01 because it got to a point where it just felt like another 1911. The one advantage the SP-01 has over the P-01 is its more upgradable and easier to work on due to the fact the SP-01 has a safety compared to the decocker on the P-01. The sear cage on the P-01 is notoriously annoying to work on if you're not that comfortable in your gun smithing abilities. Yes, you can install red dot sights on the CZ slides but it will require milling from a reputable company. Make sure you buy some toughened firing pin retaining pins from Cajun Gun Works. It's considered a wear and replace part on these guns, sadly the OEM pins tend to break or crack after a lot of usage.
