- Saturdays are for the boys. After meeting a great bunch of lads in Kibera during the week, I wanted to check out their stomping ground at the weekend. Football, beer and birds, what else can a man ask for?
Essentially the Kibera hood youths taxing are like the Peaky blinders 😅
That basketball court was built by Toronto Raptors President Masai Ujiri, Giants of Africa.
This has to be one of your best clips. You are Kenyan bro! Kibera is our heartbeat.

Mzungu can’t dance 😂😂😂
What are you talking about, clearly I’ve got the moves! 🕺
When u look at eastligh it was a slum like kibera but somalis have changed it to business neighborhood unlike kibera its people are still having the same mindset with no change
I’ll check it out next time I’m over because a few people have told me something similar
In kibera they don't have pirates money or diaspora and money to launder or get money from the un agencies like the somalis in eastleigh who are actually refugees
The driving factor for change and in this case 'creative destruction' as in Easteigh is capital. In Eastleigh, there is a lot of capital pouring in, whereas in Kibera you do not have the same amount of capital pouring in. NGO's have a structure for every dollar received only a cent goes towards Kibera! Also the land at Kibera is government land and landlords are trespassing unless land has been taken illegally! Then you have the politicians who are not development driven as slums translate into votes, and many at that with a vulnerable population that can be manipulated!
21:04 that girl is so static ..is she okay ?😂
😂 I think she was just dumbfounded by my hip movements
@@GoingGlobull 😅😅😅😅😅
@@GoingGlobull😂😂😂
I hate these clickbait titles
Cool story
It's not the biggest slum in Africa and it's not even close to that
Official statistics say it's the biggest. Why are you so eager to change that?
