Here’s a breathing meditation I do daily for many situations. I find it centering and grounding. On each in-breath and then each out-breath… From my heart I say, either mentally or out loud - Breathe in God, breathe out love…breathe in love, breathe out hope….breathe in hope, breathe out peace….breathe in peace, breathe out God…Repeat the cycle until it circulates throughout my entire being and then at absolute peace. This meditation has carried me through the darkest times….Keeping my light shining in hope.🙏🕊️🌟🤗

THANK YOU! Thank you for giving us inspiration and hope during this very turmoil time in America. It is so easy to lose hope because the wheel of justice turns very slow. Sometimes, it seems that all the good things America stood for appears to be gradually removed only to be replaced by lack of morals, ethics and especially, a lawless country! As a person who is usually hopeful but after many years of seeing Trump and others slowly destroying America and no one or nothing can stop them, hope seems to fade. After listening to you I feel that sense of hope returning.

It is extremely difficult to find that there are people who have no interest in our freedoms and the blessings of being connected with each other in love with kindness and compassion.
Lacking integrity and the ability to be honest and humane beings.
A few bad apples will ultimately spoil the rest of the apples if they are not removed from the group.
These people are behaving in such ways that are not in alignment with the Universe and the grace of communion with nature and the world in peace and healing.
Witnessing the painful birth of a new start and the world in a place of peace and love through our actions and our understanding that we are all essential and worthy of love and respect in unity.
The process is a evolutionary reimagining how to live in harmony and the ability to learn from this process and to work through the negative effects and to live accordingly with generosity of heart and mind in making the world a good place to dwell and to live with loving kindness and caring about how to heal and to be inspired to step up and make a difference in our lives with appreciation and respect in considering our relationship with each other and the environment.

Thank you Maryann for sharing a bit of your story with us. I too have faced cancer and will never forget the feelings and emotions that come with this diagnosis. I had two striking incidences that stand out to me as profound signs all would be ok. One morning shortly after my diagnosis I was driving to work and stopped at a traffic light. Suddenly the sun shone so brightly through my windshield and seemed more of a light golden light than sunlight. It wrapped itself around me as if to embrace me. I heard in my head "all will be fine " .The second sign came while I was sitting on a park bench looking over the lake I lived near. It was late November and chilly. I had just had a staging CT scan to look for spread of the cancer. Naturally I was worried about that. I looked down on the grass in front of me and to my amazement saw dozens of small white butterflies hovering over the ground. I live in Ontario Canada and it was very late to be seeing them. I then had a calmness come over me again. I new the CT was be clear. I had stage 4 breast cancer at the time. Today I remain cancer free 10 years later. I was a nurse working in the oncology department as a breast cancer specialist at the time. So I knew all to well how things could have gone. The gifts I received from source to help me get through that were greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
Dear Cindy and Maryann: I too had the traffic light revelation after being diagnosed. My hope regeneration daily is watching the sunrises and sunsets and recording them on camera. When I get depressed or worried or anxious, I start going through my phone picture gallery and see the beautiful canvas that the Creator paints for those of us that can see and that gives me hope. 5 years NED. Maryann, my first thought when I saw trump come down the golden escalator in 2015 to make his announcement that he was going to run in the presidential race as a Republican was, “This guy is really stupid! He will be exposing himself and his family to all kinds of scrutiny and someone is bound to find criminal activities.” Of course, at the time I believed someone would uncover something that would force him to drop out, but that didn’t happen. It took longer than I expected and it took Jack Smith and team to uncover the really awful things he has done. I hope and pray that the Universe will continue to shine a light on all his corruption, criminal activities, and those of his closest advisors and also those in the House and Senate who supported and enabled him.

From one cancer survivor to another, sometimes hope is all you have. I started my cancer journey in 2021, 3 years after losing my husband. For me it was a battle of mixed feelings. I didn't want to die (I've lost family members to cancer) but I thought if I did I'd join my husband on the other side. I decided that I wanted to live. I had a partner who stayed with me through the surgery, the radiotherapy, the recuperation and the healing. He's still with me now, and my hope is that we can build a life together for however long that may be.
Thank you for what you do, you're a real encouragement and some sanity in an insane world.

I studied the type of cancer for a month before I went to the surgeon with the plan to heal me. Chiron was involved, we're both Wounded Healers, I became a Reiki Master.

I just woke up and watched the news on the indictment in New York City for Trump.
I don't, t believe he will be elected but, if it ever happened I believe he will become a social parish in Australia, Canada and European NATO countries, especially since Trump is an ally if Putin, Xi, Kim and now in particular since Prigozhin is infiltrating
now between Poland and the Baltic States.
Trump said he would pull us out of NATO and that would end military support for Ukraine and Russia would overrun Ukraine and do what Hitler did, that is, overrun all of Europe. Trump is a danger not only to the Americas as far as freedom goes but, the rest of the Free World.

There were 5 days after 911 when NY businesses all shut down and there was an immediate environmental refresh. The air was sparking clear, the waters around NYC were less murky, it felt like in just 5 days the environment began rapidly healing.

Something wonderful has happened to me! I had to share this with you! About a week ago, I was sound asleep when at 4 in the morning, Saint Placido Cortese
told me I was a trauma survivor! I KNEW IT!!!!!! My mother was a covert narcissist. No one saw or heard her. I couldn't tell anyone because I knew I would never be heard. Fear consumed me I became cross-addicted and lived in my car. I am 65 now. The shame, guilt, depression, and CPTSD were all removed from me that day!! I feel such joy and gratitude every second of every day! I speak to everyone, everywhere I go! I enjoy looking into their eyes and letting them know how important and loved they are. I have always lived from my heart and I am so insanely greatful! I am honored to have THIS purpose in life. I have always wanted to love and serve all humanity.
