I waited 8 years to get mine and I've had her almost a year now. There isn't a day that goes by I don't have the biggest smile on my face when I'm out on it. Currently got a misfire that's being sorted but honestly all the stories are true. If you ever get a chance to ride one do, you won't regret it.
How much did you get it for? I'm planning on getting one this year. Any tips?
@@stephensingh848 I got mine for 7.5k haggling down but it was a rare deal. You can pick a really nice one up for about 8k with some good mods. Aftermarket parts are hard to get now due to production stopping so find one with bits you like especially if you prefer a certain exhaust.
Just watch out for the exup valve in the exhaust. They malfunction all the time and cause an eml. Those are about the only major things on the later ones Im aware of. I still have a fuelling issue I'm working on but that's a random gremlin.

The fact about triumph bikes is that they are balanced in terms of BHP and torque, and that's all on top of the inline 3 engine. excellent bikes. Will sell my soul if they release a new one

i just wish they'd relaunch this beast... frankly im not a big fan of the way the street triple looks (performance wise, it's a beast undoubtedly)... triumph definitely needs a full faired machine in their lineup
I don't see that happening. I thought after the new 1200 Speed triple they will relaunch the Daytona considering the brutal 1200cc engine needs a fairing to use it fully but they Speed Triple RR (the faired version) looks so sad.

Nope. Same engine in the sense same cc but the Daytona has more power and is a proper track bike with rear set footpegs and lower clip ons.
