The difference between hebi sasuke and sos Kakashi was made pretty clear in their fights with diedara. Sasuke is just superior to Kakashi in every single way at this time. It’s actually kind of crazy that Kakashi never figured out that he was the perfect counter to diedara but sasuke does it with ease.
Yea shouldn't kakashi have done a somewhat similar job as Sasuke to deidara?
Deidara lost an arm to Kakashi and faked his death to run away. And the Sauske who fought Deidara had Orochimaru's powers and that Sauske almost died.
I mean deidara lost an arm to kakashi and fake suicided to run away . Kamui was a perfect counter I’m sure he would’ve figured out lightning blade would work too . Fight just didn’t go on long

Deidara was just flying away because he was tired from fighting Gaara all night, got his arm crushed by Gaara, he won but didn't rest and was still sealing Gaara's Bijū in the geto mazo FOR 3 DAYS, he was low on chakra and was one arm until Kakashi and Naruto showed up. Kakashi was preparing kamui for minutes, Naruto was badgering him to prepare the jutsu faster with Deidara none the wiser. Got his other arm taken off, Kakashi was down after one use of kamui, Deidara took on Naruto alone. That's what happened.
Sasuke didn't want to kill Deidara, he was constantly toying with him, he wanted information on Itachi so he aimed to subdue Deidara instead. Deidara got butt hurt and prepared a suicide jutsu to take him and Sasuke out with him. That's what happened.

When Sasuke asked Naruto if Kakashi was with him too, Sasuke wanted to fight Kakashi to test his abilities and see how much stronger he had become during 3 years training with Orochimaru.
I'd say Hebi Sasuke > BoS Kakashi
Hebi Sasuke is a Sannin-level threat if not higher. And I feel PA Kakashi is still slightly weaker than the Sannin.
BoS or PA Kakashi just doesn't have the feats to put him on Hebi Sasuke's level
What are BoS and PA? They don't speak about Hebi Sasuke. Hebi Sasuke has absorbed Orochimaru.

Kabuto is not scared of Sasuke "in base," he is afraid of Sasuke in general. It's not like he doesn't know him and what he is capable of. He is there when Sasuke is training with Orochimaru.

Sai is broody and fruity all at the same time without ANY PART of his character being appealing.
I think Yamato is physically strong and mentally weak, and it’s the mental weakness that prevents him from showing his true potential physically.
Lowkey part of what makes this so good is picking apart the various statements from characters in analyzing if those are true or not, especially given the translations it gets muddy lol
4:20 This doesn't really change much vs Orochimaru, but Kakashi was still rusty when he was compared to Kabuto in part one. He starts his training again (mountain climbing with one hand) after he has a encounter with Kabuto. You could easily argue that Kakashi should've gotten back in shape and become superior to base Kabuto at some point in part 1; definitely by part 2.
Kakashi fought itachi in part one and itachi had to use one of his three most potent jutsu(that kakashi didn't know about)if not it would have been a drawn out battle simply put; hebi sasuke is not easily beating part one kakashi
I think kakashi would take the lead while being mental nerfed but not curb stomped I just don’t think sasuke is just leagues ahead of kakashi.
Sasuke was more or less a kage level shinobi at the time. Kakashi simply wasn't. From Akatsuki, i don't think anyone apart from Itachi & Pain would've taken out Hebi Sasuke. Kakashi on the other hand would've lost to Kakazu if it wasn't for Naruto.
Kakashi even mentions Naruto has surpassed him after Kakazu fight and there's no way Naruto was superior to Hebi Sasuke then. He surpassed Sasuke after he attained sage mode

@@kumarayush9950 I don’t think Kakashi would’ve lost to Kakuzu because at the end as he hinted at he would’ve resorted to Kamui if he had to. He did the majority of the work vs Kakuzu.

@@jason15212 1. Kakazu was about to kill Kakashi if it wasn't for shikamaru fooling Hidan to hurt Kakazu. Even after that Kakazu managed to invade Kakashi's body so idk how can you possibly think Kakashi would've won.

@@cerrigainschuler5273 saskue made chidori season, chidori stream, chidori sharp spear and kirin in 3 years. He got so proficient with kenjutsu he could take on 100s of sound without killing them and without spilling a single drop of blood. I haven't seen Kakashi do anything like that cause when orchimaru attacked he was spilling blood and saskue had clearance to kill these people he just chooser not to. Also indont see Kakashi preforming well against orchimaru like 4 tails naruto did and orchimaru even said during that fight, " you're nothing compared to saskue if that's all you can do" while taking multiple fatal blows, I don't see Kakashi getting one fatal blow on orchimaru

How many of those jutsu that Sasuke created is used more than a spare few times? or in some cases more than once?
Kakashi created Chidori when he was a kid, and it’s much more practical then anything Sasuke created, which is why it’s used so many times.
Orochimaru made that statement to KN3 Naruto, not KN4, and Oro was clearly sand bagging the entire fight, so you’re wrong.
I think Kakashi at the beginning of the shippuden is still superior to Sasuke or similar to him. After absorbing Orochimaru Sasuke probably passes him and then Kakashi gradually levels the playing field the closer they got to the war. I think if they fought at the summit it would’ve been a close fight given the styles perfectly match each other unless. War Arc Kakashi is superior to MS Sasuke but I think EMS Sasuke is superior to War arc Kakashi probably.
Ok.. so do statements hold weight or not? Kabuto has never shown anything other than the ability to get away from Kakashi for him to be considered equal to Kakashi. Nothing he has in his arsenal makes us think that fight wouldn’t go in Kakashi’s favor 9/10. I have never thought they were the same strength so I don’t subscribe to that and if that’s all we have to say he’s not close to Sasuke that’s just being disingenuous imo. So to say he can’t really do anything is ridiculous.

Imo this battle isn't even close, Sasuke stomps. Kakashi admitted that Naruto had surpassed him after Kakazu fight while Naruto surpassed Hebi Sasuke only after attaining Sage Mode. This sums it up.
Don’t take that literally he’s saying in jutsu an raw power an how fast he mastered the jutsu thatll be like minato saying naruto surpassed him because he mastered rasengan in 3days or weeks i don’t remember exactly but it took minato like 3-4yrs

Bro, Orochimaru has no arms and Kakashi has kamui. To say that Orochimaru is just superior is probably wrong. He has Manda, but he didn't even use it against Naruto. I don't know, I think Kakashi VS Orochimaru is a close fight at that point!
The Hydra that Itachi faught would low diff Kakashi, on top of Manda being Bijuu level.
@sosa8549 Hydra is featless. Orochimaru shouldn't be able to summon Manda without Kabuto since he can't use ninjutsu, and yet he summoned the triple rashomon. That whole no-arms is really weird. I tend to believe that Kishimoto sometimes forgets. Now, whether manda is bijou lvl and which bijou specifically, I don't really know. The only thing that I can say for sure is that Orochimaru does not outclass Kakashi at that point. Kakashi is Akatsuki lvl at early shippuuden (probably low akatsuki, but I don't think Hidan is superior).
Orchimaru has arms and ninjutsu I believe he's just sick. He had switched bodies already but he needed a new one. Once he switched bodies in part 1 because saskue didn't make it in time he had control of his arms again,

@@vrj8791 well he did have control.of his hands before tht. Just couldn't do seals. He still fought 4 tail nsruto remember. Used all his snake jutsus and even summoned triple rashorma( the 3 walls) all without kabuto being near so probaly a plot hole
I actually think y'all aren't going into detail enough. Kakashi could fight on par with orochimaru for the most part. He fought Itachi who is stronger than Orochimaru. When orochimaru approached he was not using sharingan. I don't think Kakashi has increased in strength/speed at all other than having mangekyo sharingan.

Kishimoto saved Naruto’s ass by nerfing this feat later in the series. The fights between Sasuke and Naruto wouldn’t even be close if Kishimoto would’ve let this continue to happen.

That hypothetical kirin against team seven wouldn't be nearly as that powerful as it was against Itachi because there were no thundercloud to gather electricity from. I'd say it wouldn't be stronger than Kakuzu's lightning jutsu. Also, if he were to launch a full powered one, Sasuke would porbably have been hit too, he wasn't that far from the others and it blew up the entire uchiha hideout but a wall, without counting that it leaves Sasuke wide open and immovile, kirin was his last resort for a reason, it was used when both Sasuke and Itachi were out of gas
People be trying to ssy sasuke loses but that is simply wrong, its a close battle but sasuke would win. He for sure has mlre stamina and can use snakes to bind kakashi, he can also genjutsu kakashi or manda.

Look at Kid Kakashi feats, he was already superior to part 1 Sasuke before Sasuke was even born.
Kid Kakashi created and mastered chidori, which is his own A rank jutsu that's a lot more practical than Kirin and was fighting on par with Jounins.

Sasuke didn’t stand any more of a chance against Itachi than Kakashi did, and Deidara was just running away the whole time, so it’s not like Sasuke could do anything better than Kakashi in that situation. Sasuke was still a close/mid range fighter, and no, Sasuke can't fly despite him having wings.
Saying Sasuke surpasses Kakashi after the time skip is just as ridiculous as saying Kakashi surpasses Orochimaru.
