- Hellloooo! Hope you like the video! Do want to apologize for some messy editing and small mistakes in the video, this turned out to be one of the most effect heavy Digimon combo videos I've ever done, so some problems had to be fixed in post, but I hope it's enjoyable dispite that :)

Been playing nothing but mastemon since I started playing the game back in bt10, I’m so happy to see the new support and hype around the deck building up
Started cooking up my list, and honestly, once scrambles come out, I think purple base is more consistent and probably what I’ll be playing since with purple scramble and the bt16 sala and gato you can do the entire mastemon combo completely from trash!! Adds an insane amount of consistency for a dna deck 😱

There's a best case scenario combo with the new aegisdramon stuff that ends on 2 level 7s, a level 6 or lower and bouncing your opponents whole board. Realistically never gonna happen bit technically the set up is only a level 5 the new level 4 bird 2 aegis, a plesiomon and xiangpengmon in hand, it can be done on turn 2 if your oppenent passes you enough memory to digivolve into a 5 and not pass turn, or turn 3 if they don't.
Yeah, the new fish stuff looks AMAZING! You can bet I'll be making a combo video of that soon!
You gave Bloomlord 10 memory plus a free 3 overflow. Hes about to sweep you on turn 3.

The fact that this is possible is absolutely filthy. i mean, yes, your opponent gets a ton of memory but damn
That magnaangemons evolved when the memory gauge was ob the oponnents side, that doesn't make it their turn, and therefor magna angemosn eff didn't activate?
This is how the rules are structured: I do something, or play something, making the memory pass beyond 0 to my oppentents side, this is where we enter the end of turn procedures, where I can activate Gatomon's End of Turn effect. Now, as long as there are effects pending, it will continue to be my turn until ALL pending effects have resolved. When that has happend, the turn will be passed to my opponent. So I can safley activate all of my BT16 Magnaangemon effects until they are all resolved : )

I might make a BT14-BT15 list soon, but EX6 is currently a state secret ;) But BT16 Magna and EX6 Dominimon is a playset each at least for this janky combo haha
Counter argument: hard play metallicdramonfor 12 cost to de-digivolve your board and delete a play cost of 5 or less (magnaangemon ace) and recover 3 memory cause of overflow and still my turn by having 1 memory xD

With all of the new cards coming out, the deck is chaning so fast there isn't a deck list anymore! We'll see once EX6 settles what I land on : )

@@acoupleofswitch6191 I think you can end the combo after the first Dominimon, on evo play a Lucemon falldown mode to delete a tamer, you pass on every mastemon effect and then you jogress Mastemon with Dominimon to make Ordinemon, delete everything and recovery +6 xD
@gustavogonzalez3591 Ahahaha, I must admit, that sounds pretty fucking dope 👀The only thing I would be afraid of is that I'd mill myself out for recovering myself so much (I've experinced that) Though, just to point out, Dominimon can't play out Lucemon FM, it needs to be an Angel : ) Playing out Magna Ace to recover untop of the +6 security should be enough shenanigans 🤣

So you move Patamon in Breeding phase, if you don't move it, then you cannot activate any effects.
Its in the rules:
Q: Can I use effects from Digimon, Tamers, and Options on Digimon in my breeding area.
A: No, you can't. Digimon in breeding areas aren't affected by card effects, and can't activate effects themselves.
Are you talking about 2.50? He says that he is moving the patamon from breeding but keeps him down there for space issue.
Funny combo, ignore the smartass tryhards saying obvious counters when you even mentioned that it's something that is gotta be hard to pull off in an actual game.
I think the problem is that sometimes some might not understand that my videos are meant for entertainment purposes, not realistic scenarios : )
@@acoupleofswitch6191 Honestly just getting even one magnaAngemon to dominimon can be crazy to disrupt a board while not giving crazy amounts of memory. also gives you two blockers with retaliation.

dosnt matter but at 5:15 you activate patamon effect but you already did for Gatomon...not that it matters
When you jogress, all of the inheritable effects reset, since it's technically a new Digimon : ) So I can activate Patamon's inheritable to gain that memory, since Mastemon added a card to the security.
@@acoupleofswitch6191 did know about the whole "new digimon" thing but not that the inherits also reset...cant wait to finally play maste again
@@moritzkirschner147 This is why cards like Patamon in Maste is so huge, beacuse not only can you gain memory before you do your Jogress, with cards like Mirei on the field you can obtain more memory when the Mastemon comes out, keeping turn. It enables so many shenanigans 😎
You triggered the effect of Patamon to gain memory twice in one turn. It's effect can only be triggered once per new instance of Patamon.
Normally it would, but DNA bypasses that as when you DNA it acts as a new digimon, allowing you to use the inheritable(s) once again.
What I did in the video was 100% correct, would have broken the rules if I didn't gain that memory : ) Jogress resets effects
For the love of god I need a list of this version of mastemon.
