    Thank you soooooo much aunty, after marriage i have been trying uppu seedai every year now for 10 years. Got vella seedai but uppu seedai burst every time. Followed ur recipe exactly and got perfect this time, no bursting. Thanks for passing on these tips to younger generations like us. God bless you

    Mam made both Vella and Uppuluri cheedai following your step by step instruction. Came out superb.
    I am 60+ . Past two years we did not celebrate Krisna Jayanthi as we were travelling. I was quite apprehensive making at home. Thank you it came out really superb. I made appam too as per your receipe. Was really good. Thank you.
    In fact I should have told guru vandhana on gurupoornima day. Belated vandanas.

    Cumin seeds or ellu can be used. Excellent mami...Thanks for including y uppu seedai vedikum... People must use only powdered salt. If rock salt is used seedai will burst

    One tip I read somewhere that helped me very much is to poke a very tiny hole in uppu seedai to avoid oil blast/ spill. light a oru kuthu kuthittu ennai la pottaa vedikave vedikaadhu

    Mami, unga seedai recipe apdiye follow panni try panninen....for the first time...kozhandhel lerndhu periyava varaikkum ellarukkum rommmmmmmba pidichadhu .. Thank you so much for the very perfect guide to do seedai. Vedikkumonnu bayandhundu panninen. Onnu kooda vedikkala. All of us were very happy.     Hi Mami... I tried both uppu and vellai seedai and both were a big hit 😍 they came out really really well...this was my first time trying both seedais and there was no crack in vellai seedai nor did the uppu seedai give me any trouble.. the ratio u gave is perfect.. thanks a ton😀😀

    Even I tried seedai both sweet n salt for the very first time Amma, it came so well, the happy part is it didn't burst I was little scary but came superbly... I tried with same measurements as u said... I prepared thattai n sesame balls too... Hve to do rest tomorrow mrng...     Thank. You so much for sharing the recipe. I followed your recipe except I live in USA cannot make the flour by rice flour machine. Instead I grinded in mixie and sieved it well. Salt and sweet seedai came out so good. Thanks a lot

    Thanks for the wonderful step by step process, we followed it and the Uppu Seedai turned out very well, however the vellai Seedai dissolved completely. You had mentioned that the vellam will melt when in oil, but despite taking care it dissolved. Any further tips will help

    Last year when I tried by watching some other channels, my seedais horribly bursted.. U have mentioned regarding the dancing padham of the flour which is very important. This time I followed each and every steps whatever u said and it s miraculous!! I thought it's impossible to make seedai without breaking, and only a bramhin can make it perfectly! 😃 Thanks a lot... I have made both vella seedai and uppu seedai and it's fabulous!!! keep up the good work!! 🙏🙏 (just for my safety I have put holes with safety pin on each seedais..)
