Great video!! Beautiful area of the world definitely!! Quick question - in VFR can you fly just above the broken clouds like that? (i.e. "152" vs. "clear of clouds"). What a great day for flying though! Great footage!
Clear of clouds for class G, and 1-5-2 for class E. Sometimes it's just better to get up there above them. Those were reported as "scattered" so technically not a ceiling, but surely on the brink of "broken". Best advice is always keep a mental track of what's behind you if you need to turn back.
