    Cool! More of this please! Really versatile tricking right there, especially 4:05. I usually get bored for the all lame doubles and triples. :D

      Thank you, same to me. Never saw it before, was exciting to come up with it when I finalized the edit 😃Was a perfect chance to take a deeper look at my own session than I usually do. Definitely gonna see what else I can come up with and if I can find interesting correlations between maintenance sessions, power sessions, going for level ups etc.

    This was brilaint Vellu ^^ thanks my G ... and maybe I'd have one request if possible, It'd be really beneficial for a lot of us, I think... now to get into it, I've injured my meniscus, pretty sure you know it, but for a slight chance you are not familiar with it, it's like a piece that is important for the rotation of your knee and it's commonly injured part in a lot of different sports especially trickers hurt this one cus there's bunch of rotations and pressure on our knees. Anyway I've injured this few years back and I couldn't afford a surgery nor is it recommended in my country where they don't provide the best quality medical services so I've left that option on the side and listened to my intuition and a bit of a research that I should just rest and there's a good chance it will recover to a good degree. It did but during one of my sessions I felt I reinjured it and it really feels unstable, sometimes painful since then and I feel I can't do tricking properly any longer :'( especially can't work on new things and I really miss that .... now finally my question, is there any chance you could touch upon this really important topic from your experiences or from the conversations you had with top notch trickers how they deal with injuries and what are the realistic expectations and other relevant things. I'd really appreciate it. I hope there's one or two gems that might make a difference for me and people like me, or at least make me make peace with it and stop worry about it. ^^ Thank you Vellu .. greetings from Bosnia, your tricking fan from ages ago.

  • @TrickingGR
    @TrickingGR Před 3 lety +2

    Nice one! I'm curious- Do you use this system for measuring intensity every session? And what counts as a trick? Would you add hooks in there? 🤔

    • @Vellusta
      @Vellusta  Před 3 lety +1

      This was the first time I ever used it😃 Actually adding those measurements in the end only came into my mind in the very end, after I had already done the edit and voiceover for this video. Suddenly I just realized that this is a perfect opportunity to study my own session habits and decided to quickly count what I saw in the video. Definitely gonna keep on filming this kind of videos from different future sessions to gather more interesting information from my training, that I never thought about before.
      I did not count anything from the warm up as a trick, even though it included rounds, hooks, rolls, scoots, macacos etc. It is subjective to decide when the warm up ends and session starts, but at least this time it was clear indicator for me when I actually did the first little basic combo: Pop 360 - pop tornado - hook - td raiz - full
