Guys, you guys are making great content. Bad Friends contributes 40% to the termination of my drug addiction. You definitely can help others in their lives too, I truly believe. Dropping out of school is no big deal, but don’t stop learning things. School just gives you a degree that persuades others you have knowledge. It is knowledge that eventually matters. Keep learning and giving help and influence to others. You guys will one day take off like Bad Friends ❤❤❤

Derek how did you improve your adhd?
I touch on this subject in our new episode around the 1 hour 9 minute mark! (#52) My biggest advice is just to try medication. It helps a lot of people, but if you're like me and it doesn't work well with you, the unfortunate truth on how I improved my ADHD is that I stopped doing tasks I disliked lol. I found that completing tasks I disliked took so long and so much of my brain power that I'd be mentally exhausted after. Now I don't even hang up my laundry, and do the absolute bare minimum on tasks that are mandatory for me, so I can use my small amount of mental energy in things that I'm actually passionate about. This is a VERY privileged mindset though, like I even dropped out of school to pursue this tactic lol. I also highly recommend you to either delete TikTok and Instagram (or anything you mindlessly scroll on), or have someone set a time limit for you with a password. Scrolling on those apps makes my ADHD so much worse because it conditions my mind to go for instant gratification. Removing as many aspects of instant gratification helps a lot too. For me, I like watching movies, and when I feel bored, I try my best to sit in that boredom without finding instant stimulation. I also stopped listening to music when I go out, even on the bus, which is a bit psychotic, but it helps me feel okay with no stimulation.
