    I agree that short arms are better pick overall, but long arms are superior for movements with larger ROM (e.g., belt squats, car DL, leg press)

      Would love to buy the smaller rogue arms but didn't want to spend all that money if they wernt compatible and don't fit.
      Measurements are 65mm x 65mm and 26mm diameters with iron edge so hoping they may work together

    went back and forth with long vs short. ended up with long reason is the weight of arms ( long vs short) is 7 lbs. if and when they come out with attachments i would assume they would focus on long arms because of area needed for exercises and last if your rack is backed up to a wall it will be a Pain to get in back to lift the trolley while long will not be an issue.

  • @silasgroenning
    @silasgroenning Před rokem

    Hello. I apreciate the videos alot, and it has so far help me to clarify a future decision on short vs. Long jammers. However. I do have one thing that is abit unclear still. Since i would like to be able to use jammer arms for kickback, and sidekick, i wonder if the short ones will offer proper range of motion, and i would love to hear some feedback on that issue. Basicly i see others just connect the jammerarms, with some crossover unit, and then they kick against that. So yea.. feedback on how it feels on short arms if possible.. you might be able to use the hip thrust seat as well, to use instead of crossovers. Also since the short arms, are mounted inside, it makes me think if theres enough room to stabelize if the backend of rack, is all up close to the wall, and its only small rack with 4 uprights, so essentialy one might have to place the rack some x amount of space from the wall, to be able to “stabelize/press against the wall, to create force on the push”. I hope all of this makes sence, as it it some core exercises that may be unlocked with the setup, and thus research for me is importent, so i can make a correct choice. Thanks :)

    Thanks for posting the video man. My first question is: I am only 5’7”. Do you find doing seared chest press with the trolly arms more like doing wide bench or regular? Second question: I watched you do deadlift with the 35” trolly arms. Do you find you have good range of motion? Getting a feel for all the weight throughout the movement?

    What's the minimum rack depth needed to fit the arms? The short arms are listed at 35", but it looks like the trolley itself adds additional length. Could you possibly measure the distance from the post to the edge of arm for us? Thank you and I your videos have been really informative!

    I need some advice please. I have a prx rack, lat pull down machine and a titan tower cable machine, demmbells and tons of functional trainning equipment. if you had my set up will you sell PRX rack and buy a rogue wall rack or full rack to add rogue leverage arms OR just keep existing set up and add one of thoese compact powertec leverage gyms to existing set up.
    If I decide to get a powertec leverage gym I will get the one with lat pull down machine and get rid of the one I have..OR I can also get the powertec multipress machine without lat pull down and keep everything as i have it right now. . I was also going to get a rep fitness rack with lat pull down attachment and add the rogue leverage arms to it and this way I will have everything in one rack. Anyways any ideas I will really appreciated. By the way my sister in law is been asking me to sell it my prx rack so I already have a buyer.

    How u doing g brotha?brother?? Its been a while. Hey do u still recomend the functional trainner over the leverage arms? I sold my prx rack and Valor lat pull down machine and some other equipment so iam looking for stuff to buy...I was looking at the rhino belt squat plus rack and it looks like I can do tons of exercises with it besides belt squats I can even add a slinger to do lat pull downs too. Anyways even thinking everyday what to buy..ether the rhino belt squat plus rack or rep fitness with ares or one of thoes all in one functio al trainners like brute force and it comes with leverage arms, weight stack, smith machine, cable system. etc...etc..they are all close to same price about $4000.
    I know it's my decision but if you were in my shoes what would you prefer. I habe 2 lower buldging disk in my lower back so belt squats will be cool I guess. I know rep has a belt squat attachment too. Anyways iam looking for the one that is more versatile
