- Dana "Loca" Rodriguez, Casa Bonita's culinary partner, said 400,000 to 600,000 people are on the waitlist almost a year after the restaurant's highly anticipated reopening.
They are doing the Pipi Park episode “you can’t come!!!” It’s a genius move!😂

I went, and I had a blast. It felt like a little slice of Disneyland. I saw the puppet show and the magic show and Black Bart's cave and the wishing well and the divers. It was just a lot of fun walking around after dinner. As for the food, it isn't as great as they make it out to be, but certainly better than before. You can easily go to your favorite Mexican place in town and enjoy the food more. And I didn't think the table service was anything to write home about. But overall the I enjoyed the evening and could easily go back again.

I just made reservations and its $50 per person with taxes and fees! It better be MUCH better than it was before. I have only been to the ones that are no longer open in Oklahoma where it all started! :-) So waiting to see if South Park has made it worth the $50 nonrefundable/nonchangeable price tag.

If you're from Colorado, you've been there multiple times all thru life. You'll see, Not much has changed, a lil more organized as you go in. Theres Security as you enter. As if you're going to Court, or a hospital, changed Old fake flowers. Painted, foods much better. Not what you expect. But better. Sopapillas are 2 pr. Person, there after, $1.00 ea. Price is $40
00 + $9.99 entertainment fee=$50.00 or person...
maybe it would help if they were open regular full time hours.
I gave up. At this point, it seems unless you're a celebrity its hard to schedule. While I'm glad it was saved, I guess it wasn't meant for my family and myself to go. C'est la vie.

There is no way 600,000 ppl are on a waiting list. People have signed up multiple times to try to go to this 8 years old dreamscape.

This was never purchased and renovated for profit. The owners said they never expected to make a profit in the first place. They've kept it alive out of love. They're billionaires, they'll be ok.

They spent a stupid amount of money they didn't have to spend, knowing they'd never make a profit, just to save the place, because they love the place and can afford the loss. "tax writeoff" literally means that the government sees cultural value in this and chooses to fund this instead of another war, where the tax money would otherwise go: some Syrian hospital pecked at by a B-52 Obamber.
In capitalism the population just gets to choose which project they write off in taxes. It goes down to your most basic business expenses and home renovation. Only a raging commy would even call out it by name.
