762X39 is my favorite round my go to
Everyone needs a 7.62x39... and a 556, 9mm and 22lr
And a 12 gauge
🇦🇺😎👍Love the idea of a SKS or the AK but unfortunately they were banned in 1997 just in case😉. Fortunately they left us with bolt action rifles but they’ve now coming for them in Western Australia. Calibers confiscated are 284 Nosler and above and they are now heading for a 5 gun limit per owner. No crimes have been committed with these calibers but they did mention they could be used in crimes so it’s best to be safe then sorry . Hopefully the laws don’t go national yeh….That’s what happens in a country with mainly privileges not rights. Great video
I wish you luck man. Australia is the worst English speaking country, by far. Hopefully you can just move, if not to the US to at least some place better than Australia. New Zealand isn't too far and I don't know the gun laws there, but I know they are far better than Australia.
🇦🇺😎👍@@saurelius5217
Some of us have been stockpiling for a longgg winter . Nice video
Late 80s/early 90s: We had a junk yard and 140 acres to test ammo.
.566,762x39,and 308. Inside 200 yards, ×39 is Goldilocks baby bear....just right.
I've been stockpiling 7.62x39mm since the 1990's. I still have box's of Norinco ammo and the first Russian hollowpoint's.
Wish i had that kind of stockpile haha
@Christian Constitutionalist More than I carry in a wheelbarrow.
@@marco529 Beautiful
🇦🇺😎👍🏁7.62x39🏁
We have the exact opposite problem with sites. I have trouble aiming with the rear site on the rear of the receiver.
My training in 1970 care of the U.S. Army was the 7.62x39 was Junk. Years later we know the truth. Have both systems tend to like the 7x62x39 a little more for just power.
Very interesting
I love my 7.62x39.
Agreed for sure
Man in the first minute that could be a "tell me what's gone on since 2020 without telling me you're a 2A CZcamsr" test
Well, its not untrue haha
Man I've got my pws mk111 in 7.62x39 that thing just shoots. It's my favorite, especially when run suppressed
Hell yeah thats awesome
Firequest has EPIC 7.62x39 ammo options as well as shotgun ammo and more, very pricey but go take a look lol
Ill do exactly that
I bought one case. It'll outlast me, lol
You have a point haha
@@theblindsniper9130 I used 60rds in last 10yrs. If I practiced with it annually, using a box, that's 50yrs. No way have I got another 50, lol
@@charlene2400 doing what I do for my CZcams channel, I will go through 1000 rounds about a month
@@theblindsniper9130 My ak works fine, but was more purpose built, and that purpose hasn't arisen yet. Another reason I seldom use it, is it takes too long to cool down, to put back in the bag. 20-30rds through that, costs me another 50 handgun rounds, while waiting in the range.
Lighten up Francis
My thoughts exactly lmao
9mm is probably most predominant in the US
If I'm mistaken then at least it's *way* cheaper
Granted it's not a intermediate rifle caliber, it's cheap, and every police force will have some chilling around, not to mention the "I own just a nightstand handgun" people
Oh yeah it is by a huge margin the most popular
@@theblindsniper9130 a magazine conversion, bolt and AR upper and *BAM* you can use any Glock mag in your AR
Or you can buy mag inserts for AR mags to take 9mm but they're weird and just the extra $120 for the magazine adapter is worth it for this type of situation
Unless you care about last round bolt hold open and go for colt SMG mag conversion..
But I'd say the amount of people with Glocks around that you might "scavenge" would make the Glock mag AR conversion more useful in the quick term, plus depending on your sidearm, you can just old west style it... And have an excuse to carry around 30+ round Glock mag sticks, or drums
So another win for the AR platform in "ease" of switching calibers, carrying it in your backpack, or at home
As 9mm isn't bad for up to 100 yards out the right barrel
@@theblindsniper9130 actually an awesome video idea I'd like to see would be a "how to turn your AR lower assembly into a 9mm PCC" covering things like getting a whole upper vs just changing the barrel (or if that's CZcams unfriendly because of barrel changing) then
Different bolt types and combo bolts(for Glock or Colt SMG mags)
Different magazine options, Colt SMG, AR with mag insertion kits to use regular AR mags, and Glock magazines
Different buffer weight requirements for optimal 9mm AR blowback systems
Magwell adapters as there are some for Colt SMG mags, and for Glock mags
Maximum effective range out of different barrel sizes, or even just 16" so you don't need to SBR a lower
Also the cool semi vertical foregrips that basically are foregrips that hold (usually) Glock mags, or the buttstocks that are designed to hold Glock mags
(though there are some AR rifle buttstocks that hold a 20rd mag, and some made that even hold any AR mag on an adjustable buttstock)
Also I'm sure BCA (bear creek arsenal) would be willing to loan you some uppers and equipment if you got in contact with them... As it'd help sell product, and in exchange you get an upper for helping spread the 9mm AR upper carbine gospel
Or PSA might, KAK, probably a million other gun manufacturers or even online AR accessories and such websites like primary arms or optic planet, and other sites(which includes uppers), one of them I'm sure would love to send you the equipment for review (and keep or maybe return), if nothing else the guys at gun mag warehouse on CZcams would help with mags
As I really would like a video covering the 9mm AR space, as most of them either just cover one type of conversion, or gloss over most of the considerations I'm mentioning (including ammo types, best for use for distance, or defense like hollows) as I'm super curious about making a 9mm AR(like buying a dedicated lower, be it the "PSA gen 4 9mm lower" (or their other one) or getting a KP-15 in 9mm (I forget if it's called a KP-9)
or just having the upper, mag adapter and any certain buffer weights, and would love for a CZcamsr like you that will give his honest opinion about everything to do with an "AR-9"
But that might be too big of a video idea and too time consuming for you to create a video on
Though a video on "non 556/223 AR uppers" would be cool too, though Idk if you have/have access to any 300 blackout or grendel or the tons of calibers AR uppers to show off in a video
As man the AR platform is super versatile
Are you really blind sir, you seem to shoot pretty well .
Damn no Kevin commentary?
He says Kaaa
