It's fun getting to see the Rossi R92 in .357 mag/.38 special take the stage. I have one box of wad cutters that I am likely not going to try out for a while. I also want to pick up a .357 magnum revolver to wrap up my cowboy loadout.

Nice jacket! I still think that the average "non-gun" guy that is looking for a bare bones home protection set-up can do much worse than choosing "cowboy combo" lever and DA shootin' irons. Mild recoil that sends a serious message down range. But then with the pricing of guns being what it is in today's economy, one can buy an entry level AR-15 and mid-tier 9mm handgun for the same $ or less. Less is more and more is less. Good video!
Good points. But in some jurisdictions AR style rifles are not permitted. Lever gun and revolver combo would make a good 2nd choice.
Agreed! Always good to at least have the liberty of that 2nd choice. Family members still trapped behind enemy lines in my ancestral home of Saskatchewan are currently relying on a Marlin M336/.30-30 and an older S&W M10 w/ the rather rare 5" .38 barrel. Still, another up there sadly traded away his 6" M66 prior to Trudeau declaring a freeze on future handgun sales/trades back 2022 (I think).
