This is now a very old model, - the new one has a digital display in front of you like in a car, and normal "car-windows" which are retractable downwards, - and there are no levers outside the scooter -- all functions are operated from the panel on the "steering-wheel" -- and the tires are bigger
Where do you put your purse and possibly a bag of groceries or two? I would think there would be a small compartment for belongings. .

I need one badly, but can't afford it. Is there any lay away plan that can help me? I'm 4ft. 5in. And arthritic, this would be such a blessing to me. Does anyone have any ideas.
Your health insurance might pay a portion. If your doctor will write your a prescription for a mobility scooter? Then you'd only pay the difference... might help.

I think E Wheels has the best value & looks. Around $2000 will get you a scoot with a 40-50 ml range, doing 15-18 mph, & they'll carry anywhere from 300 to 400 something lbs. Also have a couple under $1000 (all adorable) w/ 20 ml range, EW 19 2-seater:) Then anything $3000-$4000 you can get with a cover & all the bells & whistles... I sound like a commercial:) I'm just in the market.

Checked their website about an hour ago. Listed/ shown price $17,500 Canadian also shows same video there as on here. Honestly hope listed price is an error.

No it isn't a car, use on sidewalks it said on website. No license needed.

Yeah. These are great ideas, but every one that's been built is just butt ugly. These will never catch on until somebody designs one that looks sexy. Nobody wants to ride something this ugly. What are these designers thinking?

Thing is, I see so many people of different ages looking for a solution like this for quick in-city/in-neighborhood travel, but when they see this they go "Yuck! That thing is ugly! I'd rather walk!"
Even the ones being built to target younger people are just less ugly but still ugly versions of this thing in the video. There has to be a better way to design these.

can I order the spokes-woman instead of the scooter... by the way she's explaining everything I could use her more then I could the scooter...I think she's cuter and can take me a lot further then the scooter ever would...just a thought..:)
