Perfect size for a person to use in shops, malls. City travel doesn't take up much room on the sidewalk. Plus has a heater and wiper for winter to keep windscreen clear of snow. Driver warm. 7 mph is fast enough as nobody should go faster on sidewalks needs no insurance, license for use here in Canada. Disabled ppl definitely need these but shame the cost is beyond what most can afford as disability doesn't give enough $ for disabled to live yet enjoy life here in Canada. Lowered price lwould mean more sales , means Moore profit for manufacturers. . Great item inmho
