50 Calorie Cheesecake Recipe:
- 400g (14,5 ounces) greek Yogurt (0% fat)
- 200g (7 ounces) Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 80g (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) Truvia
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 eggs + 1 egg White
- Grating of 1/4 of a lemon

Hi Emma, you always read my mind! I like eating healthy, but I also love baking, so I usually make lower calorie recipes. I was craving vanilla cake, and the next day you released the 50 calorie vanilla cake! I was craving cheesecake a few days ago and here you are with a new recipe! Thank you for the awesome recipes!
Can we bake this as a whole cheesecake in a bigger mould (7" to 8" diameter) or does it have to be baked in cupcake moulds only?
This makes me so happy!! Love making these healthier versions and I'm glad u like them!😍 It's best to make these mini, as the only binder in this recipe are the eggs. If u make it bigger it may not hold it's shape as well
