    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢 :
    * Onion(प्याज) - 2
    * Tomato(टमाटर) - 3
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 3
    * Garlic(लहसुन) - Some
    * Ginger(अदरक) - 2 Inch
    * Taro Root(अरबी) - 1/2 Kg
    * Water(पानी) - Some
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
    * Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Salt(नमक) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Cumin Seeds Powder(जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Carom Seeds(अजवाइन)/Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - Some
    * Oil(तेल) - 2 Tbsp
    * Bay Leave(तेज पत्ता)
    * Cinnamon(दालचीनी)
    * Black Pepper(काली मिर्च)
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा)
    * Clove (लौंग)
    * Cardamom(इलायची)
    * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिए के पत्ते)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢 :
    * Oil(तेल)
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Curd(दही) - 3 Tbsp
    * Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Tsp
    * Flavoured Water
    * Fried Taro Root(फ्राइड अरबी)
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिए के पत्ते)
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢 : First put water in a small vessel, then add Tomato, Onion, Green Chili, Ginger, Garlic and place a strainer on top of the pan, then wash the Taro Root over it, put it on the sieve, push the Taro Root and cook for 10 to 12 minutes on medium flame. After that cool the boiled Vegetable and grind it and now peel it and pierce it with a fork or knife so that the spices can go inside. Then add Coriander Powder, Crushed Red Chili, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder and Fennel and Carom in a bowl, then put all these spices and oil on Taro Root, mix and keep it for 15 minutes. Then fry all the Taro Root in a pan on medium flame of lentils, then after cooking, garnish with Lemon Juice and Coriander.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢 : Then in a pan add Oil, Dried whole hot Spices, Tomato Mixture, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and cook for a while, then add Curd, Garam Masala Powder, Fenugreek, Vegetable Boiled Water and cook on Slow Gas. Take it, then put fried Taro Root and let it cook on slow gas for 10 minutes and then garnish it with Green Coriander. In this way your Amazing Arbi is ready.
