Being able to guess characters just by their talent icons is a testiment to how good Genshin's design team is.

The fact that i guess all of them correctly by just seeing passive and skill really says alot about me not touching grass 💀

When I saw Jean's passive, I thought it was Noelle.
When I saw her skill, I thought "Kazuha?"
I finally realized who it was after seeing the burst icon.
I don't have Jean and Kazuha
Honestly jean is tricky bc noelle have the exact same passive icon 😭

Just recently came back to genshin after a two month break, and the only character I couldn't guess was Candace because I've *NEVER* seen her talents before

I had to guess just by her skill icon and since she is the only actual shield wielder, I guessed based off of that.
I got them all right surprisingly, almost messed up on Venti’s one but I got it in the nick of time, some are easier while others are a bit more vague or similar, I almost said Noelle on Jean’s passive but noticed the skill wasn’t correct and then realised it wasn’t her, same happened with Xiao who I almost mistook for Xingqiu because all I saw was a sword and a heart and thought it was Hydropathic, then I saw the burst and changed instantly

It's scary as to why I got all the characters correct except aloy. It shows how much we ignore her... And it's even scarier as to how i remember all the talents of genshin characters and not my exam answers.
The burst icon is usually enough to identify a character.
Same for most of the skills icon.
If you have only the passives icons, then it's actually hard, with a few exceptions such as yae and diona as you can clearly see yae' turret and diona's shield
But still.. it was fun ✨✨
Yeah. Their active talents are what we actually see most of the time. And they're actually fairly descriptive of what the talent looks like. The passives are usually just buffs to either the character or the active talents, and may have a more generic look to them. That is if they aren't just a picture of the talent they're buffing with an additional symbol.
Bennett is also pretty easy if you know what his skill looks like

the ones i knew instantly were mostly my mains/supports/anyone i use/used a LOT. some great examples: Tighnari, Wanderer, Zhongli, Kazuha, Benny, Beidou, Ningguang, etc
I main albedo and the second I saw HALF of the passive I knew it immediately-

@@Kam1_9 I was watching it on normal speed what I meant to say is while it was loading in I only had to see the passive just enough to where I knew it was albedo. Obviously I was exaggerating a bit but I wasn’t actually expecting anyone to take it that seriously Lmao.

I got Nilou and Shenhe wrong. With Nilou I confused her moves with Yunjin, Shenhe I haven't seen her talents in at least a year
But I'm surprised how intuitive most descriptive images are, it wasn't that difficult to get them all right.

I missed exactly Ayaka. Probably the most fitting one for me specifically to miss since I don't have her and have loudly stated my inability to appreciate her character on several occasions. xD

I main ganyu, eula, and yoimiya. When I saw Eula’s passive, I instantly said “mommy” then corrected myself. Did get them all correct tho
Damn I actually nailed all the characters I usually play by their passives. Also, later Inazuma characters like Heizou and all of the Sumeru have so distinct passive icons, it's so easy to identify.
for klee once I saw her skill I yelled “ *DODOCO* ”instead of klee
For a change I got them all right. I've seen other challenges where they ask you to guess the character based on their back or shoulder etc. But this one seemed pretty easy compared to that

its her garment thingy but i guess thats a cool thought too
its also the symbol of an ohm according to ohm's law, which is the same as resistance, which would make sense since kokomi leads the resistance against tenryou commission

Aloy, Cyno, Ayato, Eula, Xingqiu, Kuki, Tighnari, Jean, Qiqi, Candace, Xinyan, Ayaka, Rosaria, Thoma, Dendro traveler, Heizou, Tartaglia, Sara, and Ganyu were all the ones I got wrong lol
only one i got from passive talent was eula 😭 it’s hard to forget your favourite characters talents
10:27 Fire it up -Thoma... His shield is good, but obviously he takes up a lot of fieldtime, and he isnt a good shielder for all teams, only if its a team where each character has shorter field-time so you can refresh his shield. Like he wouldn't go well with Wanderer since his shield duration is just too short for the Wanderer
I missed Xingqiu and Sara. And I forgot Layla's name, so I just answered "the sleeping girl".
I GOT EVERYONE RIGHT EXCEPT FOR ALOY NOOOO
The second that i guessed Candace on the first one, i knew i was gonna be in for a long ride.
With the skills and the burst there, it was pretty easy. I managed to get them all right
I forgot Aloy's existence 💀
The ones I got wrong were Nilou and the electro traveler. For both cases I just didn't know it was them. Dendro traveler I barely got and so too with Rosaria when I initially mistook her skill for Chongyun
I got all of th right except for Shenhe because I ran out of time for her. She's super rare to find and I really wish I had her, and I'm gonna save up to get her soon. But yeah her level gave me anxiety once I didn't know who it was.
I had forgotten Collei, dendro and electro traveller lmao
Surprisingly I got most of them right. The only ones I got wrong were characters I don't have or never use, like Aloy or Thoma.
I got all right except i called heizou as “temari” 💀💀
I messed up on Tighnari, Xinyan, and Electro traveler.

My brain literally stopped and I could not for the life of me remember Tighnari’s name. I mistook Xinyan as Layla because of the shields. I only played electro traveler like once and never did it again because I wasn’t fond of the kit.
Ganyu, eula, xinyan, e traveller, yanfei, aloy, tighnari, heizou... Missed these
when that wierd circle thing with the arrow immediently thought of razor my man

I actually got three wrong lmao, i mistook jeans as sayu, xinyan as thoma and shenhe as qiqi

i dont play almost all these ppl yet the only ones i got wrong were aloy, beidou, xinyan, and kujou sara

Think this might be the first time I got them all right, and only needed to see the burst for a handful of them. A lot of passive talents had part of the skill/burst image or some callback to em so those weren't too hard, but a lot of the simpler or more early game ones that just show some basic movement? ...never woulda guessed by those alone, oof. Towards the end (post dendro traveler iirc) I just started to get mental fatigue and took longer to remember the names. Currently have everyone playable save for Shenhe (rerun pls,,) so that def played a part in my knowledge ngl, but was still funny at certain moments how wrong my first thought was. Thought Ayaka's was Chongyun's for a second and then realized when I was the burst how off the mark that was 😭😂

I fr forgot about anemo traveller but remembered everything else
The only ones I missed are Aloy(haven’t even looked at her since she came out), Nilou(don’t have her), and Heizou(despite having him I’ve never looked at him either

got them right after seeing their skill, not addicted enough for passives yet
One of the easiest quiz ever I had done.... Passives were difficult tho
I guessed all of them correctly except Eula’s because I’ve never seen hers before
I don’t know their passives but just looking at the elemental skill and burst I already know who it is
(The Dendro Traveler caught me off guard though because I don’t use Traveler anymore and I just remembered what the skills looked like from the stream)
I got venti, yanfei, and heizhou wrong. I thought I'd get more of the ones I don't have wrong but the icons are mostly very good visual descriptors

Eeeeek I love that u put my main qiqi and venti in here cus most ppl think they both bad but my DPS Venti do 200k no joke and I got qiqi on yoi so I started to save on venti and after qiqi I got c1 venti Soo u put my only 2 5stars in order prayge I get Raiden I saved 50k for c3 hope it's enough

It's easy to remember who they are just by imagining what they look like, what is hard is to remember their names and I go by "Oh, that blue girl who can do essays while sleeping"

Got them all from passive or skill depending if I have them or not, had trouble on heizou but got it right last second. I haven't played for over a year though.. Hehe
I only got Candace wrong because despite spending 100 wishes, i didn't get a single one.
However, I got Heizou, Scara, Albedo, Xingqiu, Chongyun, Razor, Bennett, Kokomi, and Sara from their passive alone as redemption.
I guessed most only by passives.. but i can basically guess all by just skills.. passives are sometimes generic or repeated with slightly altered things.. skills are unique.. some i could only guess by bursts cause the skills and passive give so little info.. and rosaria is one i couldnt guess cause she is one of the older characters that i never had for longest time.. only getting her recently..so i didnt know the look if her skill that mucj

Today is the days I realised there were THAT much character in Genshin, and the fact that I recognized every attack scares me.
Where is grass?
Guessing all characters by their talents and passives tells me that i need to touch grass
I got em' all right, except for Xinyan.. completely forgot about her
Got Jean, Yanfei, Tartaglia, Geo/Electro traveller, Shenhe, Xinyan, Ayaka, Beidou, Qiqi, Venti and Eula wrong. Most i get wrong are just characters i haven't used or don't have.
