Although it can be achieved through some technical means, it can't run Google natively. For you abroad, it can't be used normally, so it can't be released. However, the vast majority of Chinese people don't use Google. We have our own applications. Huawei also has its own HMS, but you are not used to it, so Huawei has not released the operating system to the world.
Yes i want HarmonyOS on HUAWEI Pc, yes my HUAWEI Matebook D14 midrange from 2020 is soo sick good :) , But windows is a bit Anoying and also not good at everything.

I have a HUAWEI Wifi Ax3 And when i watch many off HUAWEI Device and ps5 and stuff it says HarmonyOS connect, soo i think My ax3 Is runing HarmonyOS :)

It's not. Android is Linux as a Kernel and HarmonyOS uses a proprietary Micro Kernel. It uses some Android libraries since all apps on AppGallery have been created for Android, so an interpreter is mandatory
HarmonyOS is so amazing, I wish Huawei would release it in the world market as well.
