This is the first time I did after dinner workout. Surprisingly this feels good. I feel so full after dinner and this workout somehow improves my digestion. I didn't feel queasy after doing this. I can do it in my pajamas without being afraid of sweating a ton before sleep 👌👌. Keep up the good work! 10 minutes is perfect for me 👌👌

I did this about 30 minutes after i ate as i had to get the grandkids showered and ready for bed hope it still has the same benefits ..I like this because my neighborhood isnt the safest so after a certain.time i don't like being out walking and its not hard on the joints..I also am Pre Diabetic and I read a light walk after meals helps slow the spike of insulin ..Thank You for sharing..

Been doing this for a while now and it helps a lot, Im bloated and always have indigestion but after doing this for a few days i dont have that problem anymore, Im still bloated tho🤣🤣 since i dont do any active movement ever since work from home happened, will be checking work out vids from this channel as well.
