    They look wonderful but my question is does the liquid that you put them in permeate the skin? I wouldn't think it would but I know you know what you're doing so I'm just wondering how pungent the flavor is? Or is it more like an exterior coating?

      Yeah the beer gets in the meat adding flavor. It's pretty mild with this beer but others could really affect flavors depending on the beer or any liquid.
