Jotform is free for up to 5 forms.

Considering that I already have custom Firebase solutions, Google forms just seems to be the intuitive choice for form extensibility sense I can manage everything under the Google Umbrella.

Both Google Forms and Jotform allow for this capability.

Yes, you can certainly have it notify you via email.
Unfortunately, jotform's free plan only allows 100 submissions per month making it not usable for my purpose.
IT's now down to 10 a month. What a pile of Sh#te!
Formilae has unlimited forms… even the free version

Google for basic work. Other one for business work

I think The branding of Google form is so good that many many people would definitely use it for any application,
Despite from it being a brand, it's a lot more easier to make or look nicer than jot
